My chronic lower back pain is gone thx to 3 months seeing Tiffany. I've used massage therapy for 40 years to manage back pain, getting 3-4 days pain free from each massage. Tiffany wanted to resolve the underlying problem vs just treating the symptoms. She aligned my spine, reduced my scoliosis, and eliminated my back pain. Now we spend our time resolving minor injuries (rotator cuff or knee injuries) which never got attention w chronic lower back pain. Tiffany also advised me on exercises which would help maintain a pain free back, and would help to heal injuries. A+ I heartily recommend Tiffany at Luminous Healing. read more

For years I had struggled to find anyone who was able to help with my chronic neck and lower back pain. Tiffany was the first out of a dozen healers who made sense and gave me lasting results. Go see her, use the tools she gives you, and recovery will be yours! read more

You might be able to find someone as good, somewhere on this planet, but I assure you YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER. Tiffany is just magical! I was in a combined speed of 60 to 65 mile per hour head on collision when I was nineteen, sitting in the back seat with two other people and no seat belt. Then was T boned by a guy punching it to cross an intersection... unfortunately the light had already turned, and I was in his way... Then, (hang in there...) I was rear ended by a drunk driver while sitting at a stop light. So... believe me when I say, I know a good Massage therapist! For those of you still reading, years later I was led to realize that while the pain might have been originated in the accidents, the chronic pain in my body at the time, and my body holding on to "mis-alignment" was not an inevitable result of these accidents. One aspect was the body somatizing repressed emotional pain. So, when my life or my head got crazy, something would "go out" and stay out. So after fifteen years of therapy, with the most wonderful shrink ever, a cocktail of other modalities that address those aspects, and steady core trainning, I am happy to share with you that, my bodies (physical and emotional) a mostly pain free (other than welcome growing pains) So... believe me when I say, I know a good psycho/spiritual therapist! I recently started working with Tiffany using her new THETA HEALING modality. And the shifts were amazing. I takes a lot of skill to gently guide someone to figuring out what is stuck in the unconscious, without creating more trauma. It takes a lot of skill to help somebody release it (it can be very scary to let go of the belief patterns that your experience thus far tells you have enabled you to survive). I rarely have the time to write reviews, but coming from where I have and having suffered as I have, and now understanding that it is neither necessary nor inevitable, I felt compelled to share about my experience, strength and hope. So, please believe me when I say, if you are suffering... with all of my heart and soul I wish you a happy and steady road to recovery, and whole heartily endorse the work Tiffany is doing. read more

Surgery Avoided!! When I started seeing Tiffany, I was on the verge of getting surgery for the chronic pain in my ankle due to how my ankle roll over when I walk cause by Cerebral Palsy. I have always been very active in my high school and college days. For the past two years I have been suffering with chronic pain in my ankle whenever I walked. That caused me to stop skiing, rock climbing, and other activities. I wanted to try everything i could before committing to non reversible fusion surgery Tiffany is extremely well versed in many eastern methodology of healing and balancing the body. Since she knows many different techniques, she was able to tailor a program to my needs. Craniosacral therapy, Myofacial Release, Rolfing and traegier therapy are just a few methods she implemented into my program. I've been going to Tiffany for over a year and a half and had my first remote appointment with her recently. She was able to do work on my jaw and relieve my migraine, and it was just as effective as an in person appointment. I was so blown away at how well it worked over the phone. I'm grateful to be able to work with someone so aware and spiritually in tune. She's so intuitive and points me to certain times in my past that I didn't really remember, or realize where I had stuck emotions and trauma that needed to be healed. She's helping me heal on such a deep level that I've never experienced with anyone else. Tiffany knows the body and mind like no other, and has such a special gift for healing. read more

After an overdose of long hours at a computer, a generally chaotic lifestyle and a couple of injuries turned chronic neck pain into eye-wincing headaches, I thought my only solution was to find a chiropractor. Luckily, I found Tiffany first. At our first appointment, I gave Tiffany a brief history and list of complaints. My number 1 complaint was headaches. For the next 90 minutes, I went back and forth between being amazed at her strength and falling into a blissful trance. I came back the next week and Tiffany asked about my headaches. I genuinely thought she had confused me with someone else. I responded, "Huh? I don't get headaches." I then realized that I hadn't had a headache since our appointment - I had completely forgotten I ever had one at all. Needless to say, I have continued with Bodywork and have gotten to know Tiffany over the past few months...beyond being a genuinely nice person and all around cool woman, she has a deep understanding of the body coupled with an intuitive ability to find imbalances, when you are with her she gives you everything she has. She is generous with her time, always willing to stay a little longer and teach you ways to further improve your health with stretches, yoga postures and at-home remedies. I definitely recommend Tiffany if you want to improve your health or simply want to understand and feel more connected to your own body. read more

I started going to Tiffany two years ago to help rehab from knee surgery but I have kept coming back because she is such a skilled and intuitive healer across several modalities. When I leave her place I am always floating on a white puffy cloud, peaceful and at ease with every muscle relaxed. Go to Tiffany if you have any type of musculo-skeletal pain or discomfort! read more

After going to Tiffany, for several months now I wouldn't even think about going to someone else. There is just a deep trust that you build with Tiffany. Her knowledge of the body and the way you feel after a session is invaluable. That is not something that can be achieved through just a deep tissue massage. read more

I have had success in the past with cranio-sacral therapy and massage, but Tiffany takes bodywork to a whole new level. She is professional and intuitive. I have had chronic back and shoulder pain which flares up under certain conditions; recently I've experienced almost all of those conditions at once and was having trouble getting my pain under control again. Tiffany's combination of skills and talents has helped me get back on track. She takes the time to get to the root of chronic issues while treating acute problems. If you are ready, she can take you quite deep into emotional areas, too, but seems to understand when it is time to back off and just get those kinks out! I highly recommend trying Tiffany's bodywork treatments if you are open-minded and looking for real change, not just a quick-fix massage. read more

Tiffany was awesome. After leaving our session, I felt a sense of hope and clarity. She helped me work through many deep rooted issues and helped with my body pain. I highly recommend!!! read more

Tiffany Hume is wonderful. She is extraordinarily skilled and knowledgeable, and is the only massage therapist I've found who takes a health history and discusses it with you before she even begins her massage work. She is very intuitive and seems to know what you need (even if you forget to mention it), and is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She customizes each session, and I've experienced long-term health benefits and much less pain for chronic health issues. Try one massage, then sign up for one of her package deals. Seriously. read more

Tiffany is an amazing therapist. She takes the time to discuss your needs, but even if you forget to mention one particular sore spot don't worry, she'll find it. She even goes beyond massage therapy and will not only suggest stretches for your specific needs, but she'll show you proper execution. I've had dozens if not hundreds of massages of the past 5 years and Tiffany is the only therapist that I truly recommend when someone needs a whole body work over. read more

I have been seeing Tiffany for quite some time now and I am always impressed how I feel after each session. Having received many massages and muscle therapy from many "professionals", none seem to equal the results I receive from Tiffany. She is thorough, thoughtful and a consummate professional. I highly recommend Tiffany! read more

Tiffany is the best and I don't say that lightly. I gave up on body work other than to once and awhile feel good but not trusting that anything could facilitate space for any real shift or change. I started a pretty dedicated asana practice 15 years ago and decided that i would shift my severe curve that way and that no one could really help. My body has shifted so much that when I found Tiffany I was shocked how healing it was. I really never thought help was possible beyond my own discipline. She has softened my particular pattern in a very profound way. It has given me a lot of hope and i trust her with my body emphatically which is a rare statement for me. She is deeply connected and studied. She is fully present with you and can give real lasting relief. read more

Tiffany is a gifted therapist with strong hands, yet sensitive to the individual needs of the client. Her approach is holistic and well-rounded. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and I am a picky customer. read more

AMAZING! Tiffany's touch is truly therapeutic. After only one session I began to feel the benefits of her touch. Her years of experience are evident by the way she diagnosis's and then moves through the session with focus, flow, and clarity. I have seen other bodywork experts for the same complaint, yet I sense Tiffany, made the right diagnosis. There is a rotation in my pelvis, which she has the skill to unwind. I already feel more freedom in my spine, after only two sessions. read more

I am so fortunate to have met Tiffany. She is a true healer and intuitively knows how to treat each individual according to his/her specific needs. I sent a friend whose back was in total spasm and she walked out of there, upright for the first time in days. I myself, always leave feeling two inches taller! read more

Tiffany is Terrific. She is highly gifted, generous and devoted to her practice. I say this with confidence.

I must be honest..I am very picky about massage. There is nothing worse than getting up from a massage table and feeling only slightly relaxed. I want to feel like a different person. Tall order? Well Tiffany does just that. She understands what your body needs and works through it with loving intensity. read more

I have seen A LOT of massage therapists or bodywork specialists since 2004 due to a bad car accident, and no one compares to Tiffany!! She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me so much with neck and back pain, and even other areas (eg. knee pain, digestive tract issues). She addresses areas of the body that others don't, and I always feel so much better and taller when I leave her. I've recommended her to many friends, all of whom have had the same kind of results. I had one friend who was seeing another massage therapist every week for a tight back, and after I finally convinced him to see Tiffany, he raved about standing up straight for the first time in years, and now doesn't need weekly treatments. I don't even want to call Tiffany a massage therapist because she is SO much more!! Thank you, Tiffany!!! read more

Tiffany has such an intuitive touch! The massage I received was more like physical therapy. Her session was over 2hrs and I was thoroughly relaxed and relieved of my discomforts! The setting is an oasis to relax! Her hands are a gift! I highly recommend her for being able to read what a body needs. read more

Tiffany is extraordinary. She is not only a miracle worker, but she cares about her clients in a way that is rare to find. I came to her with pain in my shoulder that I had been seeking treatment on for almost three years. I tried acupuncture, cupping, cortisone shots, physical therapy - basically everything I could think of. Tiffany was the only one who made the pain permanently go away. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

I've been in physical therapy off and on for about a year after an injury during a triathlon. When I started training for my next event, my PT suggested regular sessions with a massage therapist and fortunately I found Tiffany. She completely understood my issues and knew exactly where to work. I walked out of my first session feeling like a new person. If you need serious therapeutic massage, it doesn't get better than Tiffany. read more

Tiffany is one of those people I'll remember forever as someone who changed my life. Her work allowed me to feel how and where I hold trauma and tension in my body, and how to let go and enter myself with love and breath and finally begin to heal. read more

I've seen Tiffany a few times now. Before I saw her for my first session, I'd been suffering with a headache for about 4 days straight. Headaches aren't common for me and though I'd never had a migraine, it really didn't seem like one of those. I'm happy to report that I left our first meeting without the headache and it did not return. read more

I'm so grateful to have found Tiffany. She is truly a gifted healer and bodyworker. I initially went to Tiffany for help with chronic neck and shoulder pain from an injury, and she helped immensely on both a physical and spiritual level--helping me work on opening the tissue and releasing muscles that were gripping but also working on the underlying spiritual release and alignment that was preventing the injury from fully healing. There is always more work to be done, but Tiffany has been an enormous help in recovering. Tiffany has the ability to work very physically and strongly but also incredibly gently and on a more energetic level, and she is intuitive in knowing what might be most helpful. I trust Tiffany and would recommend her to anyone. read more
