My previous dr agreed to help me until I could find a replacement due to my spine injury. Office let me nearly run entirely out of medication before contacting me telling me Dr couldn't help me. He only does injections. I'm diabetic and unfortunately cannot have injections. (All was included in paperwork I filled out weeks ago) to which they ask me if I'd like to keep my appointment to be referred out again. (I pay out of pocket so this was insult to injury) I don't want to be horribly in pain waiting for another dr. That isn't how good pain management works. Anyway. Just watch your scheduling with this office and make sure you don't end up in a bad spot like they left me.

I was desperate and decided to give him a try. It was easy to get an appointment. The office staff were efficient and courteous. I saw Dr Glenn Flanagan. He spent 2 hours with me, listening to all of my concerns. He asked many questions and then suggested a course of treatment. He gave me an injection and the pain was gone. It's so difficult to find a knowledgeable doctor that you can trust. I can't say enough about how professional & concerned he was. Initially, she ordered an MRI and afterwards she performed two separate spinal epidurals, a couple of weeks apart from each other. She has also ordered me to undergo a PT evaluation and treatment. While Collier could not solve my problem immediately, They were very concerned and caring and gave me the referral to USF because there is no Neuromuscular Specialist anywhere in SW Florida. Nichole Miller APRN was extremely helpful and caring. I did not find anyone to be rude as some of the other reviews say. It is unfair to the practice if one employee is having a bad day. This is a very busy office.

First I am told by Naomi that she will call my dad to verify that he wants his appointment changed. She never calls him. I call back. Rosa says I should have my dad call her. He calls. No answer. No call back. I'm so frustrated. My dad is 88. He has dementia. I am his Medical POA. I have been at this office at least 6 times with either my mom or my dad. Not being able to change my dad's appointment by one week so I can be there is incredibly frustrating.
