Subsequently, I scheduled a second visit. When I arrived at the second visit, I was informed that there is a co-pay. I stated to the receptionist that I got little out of the first session but, because there was no out of pocket cost to me, I came back for a second visit. I informed them that their service was not worth a co-pay of $40 so I left. Subsequently, I received a bill for the first visit (the visit that I was informed repeatedly would cost me nothing out on pocket). I called Collins and talked to Amber to explain fully why I wouldn't be paying for the first visit. She told me it was my obligation to pay it and there is no exceptions. Based on the way I was treated, I wouldn't ever consider going back to Collins.

Both FAILED significantly so much so that I found need to be treated by an ORTHOPEDIC surgeon who has discovered broken metal and screws in my left foot and a fallen arch and my right foot ankle with a replacement dislodged along with severe damage to the supporting tendon. I have had corrective surgery on one foot. My point is: KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PODIATRIST WHO PERFORMS SURGERY (DPM) AND AN ORTHOPERIC SURGEON who is an MD. It can and was very misleading And I have suffered greatly because of this.
