To keep with the water theme, there is blue everywhere. From the blue parking spots out front to the really blue walls in the reception area. And on your first visit, you are given a bright blue bag with a strict order to return each time with a towel and "swim shoes" in that very bag that cautions, WATER WORKS client approaching. Stand still. Very still. Swim shoes, you might ask? I did. They are sold by Water Works for a ridiculous price and look like hospital socks. Ew. Or you can bring your own. So I opted for my own water socks that last pushed against the bottom of a kayak and which protected my footsies from the sucking mud near the mangroves. Now, everybody's socks including mine had to protect Water Works from law suits while broken people (including me) gingerly made their way down the steps into the warm waters of their prettyand very blue, indoor pool. Make your appointments for late afternoon. There is natural light in the pool area, and the afternoon sun refracts into patterns on the pool's ceiling. Put that together with melodies sung by one of the therapists - she sings like no one is watching . And I thought that was reserved for dancing! Awesome. You'll be back on your strongest feet in no time. The therapists are dedicated, skilled, and ready to answer any question. Even my not so PT question about why there is a page long instruction hung in the bathroom concerning hand washing. The answer had something to do with the perennial fear - a la ocean curses - about noro virus. That made me try the unintended physical exercise of entering the pool, flat out in my slippy socks without touching any rail.. Water Works will help cure you. I'm here to testify!

If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating…read more Before traveling for work, I confirmed with this office that my Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) and Lyrica could be refilled while I was away. I take it every night to support my immune system and to help reduce pain and inflammation. They assured me this would not be a problem and continued refilling it for months. Then, without any warning, they suddenly refused to refill my prescription. They are the original prescribers, and I have been taking it for years. I called on a Thursday with one week of medication remaining and did not receive a callback until Monday, when they informed me they would not authorize the refill. By that point, I had only four days of LDN left. They suggested that I find a doctor where I was staying and schedule an appointment when I returned home. This was completely unrealistic, as it is nearly impossible to obtain a same-day or next-day appointment with a new physician. I had to stop everything I was doing and treat this as an emergency. With the assistance of my pharmacy, I was able to find another practitioner on Florida's East Coast who provided an emergency prescription so I would not have to go without a medication I rely on every night to function. Communication with this office has been consistently poor, and they seem unable to retain practitioners.

if i could give them a zero i would.... reckless and…read moreirresponible..... severe lower back issue...... after getting mri i call them per doctors recommendation... meet with the therapist...we talk...it's cordial then he has be do some exercises.... mind you lower back pain that radiates down your back, into your thigh, calf, foot and of course lower back is still tender.... then he has me do some exercises......the pain climbs and is getting serious......then i ask, did you read the mri report? the answer was, we don't have it! i ask if they will get it, after all it was a $4000 mri....seemed all old guys have the same problem and they are all treated the same... this was on a thursday late in the day. monday at 4:30 pm i get a nasty phone call from the office, advising i missed my appointment fot 4 pm.....and i better show up for my wednesday and friday appointment. this is all news to me, nobody set and appointment with me, everyone up front already went home when i left with the therapist on thursday..... then i ask if the got a copy of the doctors report on the mri, that was a big inconvienece for her majesty on the phone. she agreed to do it then call to set an appointment with me. never did and it's been almost weeks. needless to say, the pain and tightness is still with me, but next week i have another appointment with an office that gets a copy of the mri. as far as this place goes, i'm done with them.
