If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. What a joke! My warranty company connected me with Certified Electric. Despite being contracted to…read moredo a warranty job, they reported that it wasn't covered under warranty. Fine. I paid them separately and they had me order a transformer they said I needed from EBay. They linked me to the transformer, but the day the electrician arrived, he said it was the wrong transformer. Lisa blamed this on me (despite the fact I had simply clicked the link she sent me--I double checked later to make sure, and I had ordered exactly what she linked). So down $100 to the warranty, $125 for the transformer and nearly $200 for a visit from an electrician who did nothing. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (big mistake) and ordered the correct transformer, as advised by the electrician. He came out and replaced it. Another ~$200 for that visit. The lights went out again two weeks later. I called the warranty, they agreed to cover the repair since it had happened within one month of the appointment. Electrician comes out a third time to fix it, finds it's unfixable with the parts on hand. Although AHS had told me they were covering it, and the electrician himself even asked to make sure that they were, after the appointment Lisa followed up asking for additional payment. I told her AHS had agreed to cover it. At this point she lost her cool and sent a long email that put all kinds of words in my mouth that I hadn't said. I believe they call it "gaslighting"...some would just call it lying. I will say the electrician himself was a good guy. Can't say the same for the support staff. I'll find another company to actually repair my under-counter lights. What a joke this whole experience has been! I hope they enjoy my $600 more than I enjoy these useless transformers.
