Keira was pretty communicative and responded quickly to my inquiry their prices are extremely competitive compared to a couple of other quotes. I got Stephen was the driver he was prompt. They allow you to pick a window that you want for the delivery and the pick up and Stephen was on time for both. He also gave me a call ahead of time so that we could make sure they were in order and not filthy when he receive them, they are reasonably priced nice people, and I'll definitely be using them in the future. The employee kept saying leggings? I said no they are different. She went and looked and said that they did indeed have stretch pants as well as leggings. So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. Since they had the best prices and the chairs we needed, I thought it was a win-win. When I initially made the reservation, Karen was quick to make the reservation since they were so busy while neglecting to run through the entire process with me. Since this company provides many rental options, I didn't think twice about the clause "Price does not include set up or tear down" since we only rented cocktail tables and chairs with backs. When everything was dropped off, holy smokes! I thought the delivery driver left his tools in the car or something but found out they left and I was stuck assembling these cocktail tables in my business clothes. I have never dealt with an event rental company who drops off broken down tables and broke down chairs (see pictures). If you're up for putting together their equipment like Ikea, go for it, this is your place. But, I'm professional and wouldn't contract with a company who can't deliver assembled tables. Not to mention, their contract states pick up time between 8am-12pm and it is now 1:45pm and I haven't heard from anyone. Interesting...seems they are only in it for the money.

They were a required rental company through our venue contract, so we didn't initially have a choice in who we worked with, but we ended up being very happy with them! Communication wasn't always the quickest, but everyone we interacted with was always friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated their willingness to let us visit their Colorado Springs rental shop rather than having to drive to Denver whenever we wanted to look at or try different rental options. Being able to see everything in person and compare different choices made the planning process so much easier. We also changed our napkin color a couple of times while working through our wedding design (because apparently choosing a napkin color is harder than it sounds) and their designers were incredibly helpful. They gave thoughtful input, helped us compare options, and never made us feel like we were being difficult or indecisive. The quality of the rentals was incredible. Everything looked beautiful on our wedding day and felt high-quality, clean, and well maintained. We were so happy with how everything looked once it all came together. Later the generator stopped working before our time was up. They charged us full price (3 hours of play with only 50 minutes of real play time) for all of the items as well as an additional price for the generator. When we called to see if a refund could be provided they were very unhelpful even after explaining we were a non-profit group with a pediatric hospital holding and event for children with life threatening diseases. Would not work with them again based on this experience
