She must've washed her hands and arms up to her elbows three or four times each time I was there. All of her equipment is protected too. She was careful matching my brow color and touched up my brows twice to get them just right! The only negative I can think of is that the numbing gel didn't seem to work very well. I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it. Everything else was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her again. She did a fantastic job!

She raised her voice, cursed at me, and told me to leave, all while refusing to provide the service I had already paid for. This was humiliating, completely unnecessary, and extremely unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially someone elderly and disabled who made every effort to arrive on time. To make matters worse, she kept my money without doing any work. A lash salon should be a place of professionalism, relaxation, and respect. What I experienced at Boss Lady Eyelashes was the exact opposite. If you value being treated with dignity and receiving fair, professional service, do not go here.
