Jennifer was easy to talk to and sincerely listened to my concerns and wishes, putting me at ease. She carried through our appointment with professionalism, constantly checking on my comfort. Before I knew it, we were done! I have her to thank for saving me time on my daily ritual of "painting" on my eyebrows and potentially walking around in public with just half of one (unbeknownst to me, I had at some point, wiped off part of it!) Her commitment to her clients and her art are admirable. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Fruition Permanent Makeup!!!

Besides microblading, their services also include lipliner and lip tattoos! I submitted an inquiry for a brow correction and received a response within a day. I sent over photos of my current brows (some microblading artists are selective when it comes to corrections/fixing other artists' work) and thankfully, Emily Joy agreed to fix them for me! I put down a 50% deposit and booked an appointment (bookings are only guaranteed with a deposit!). The remaining balance is also charged on the day of the appointment. Medical history is requested along and pre and post-care instructions are provided during booking. They are also sent during the appointment confirmation (about 2-3 days before your appointment) and are also available on their website. Emily Joy had wonderful bedside manner and had a warm, genuine personality and I felt comfortable with her right away! The process of measuring and drawing out my brows took longer in addition to waiting for the topical anesthetic took longer than the actual microblading itself. It's pretty painless for the most part, but once the anesthesia starts to wear off, it feels more like a scratch, if anything at all. She provided a cute post-care tote with Aquaphor, a card with directions on how to take care of your brows, as well as swabs to apply the Aquaphor. I was able to book my touch-up right after we finished our initial session. The studio itself is clean and has the cutest, posh decor. It's shared in an office building with several other businesses and has ample parking. I've constantly received compliments on my brows and every morning, I look at myself in the mirror and think to myself, "I WOKE UP LIKE DIS!" I'm extremely happy with my brows (now) and I'm SO glad that I came to Dollistic!

They all are a team and your actual artist literally takes all the time they need to to ensure the eyebrows are perfectly shaped before they do anything permanent. I cannot wait to go for my next touch up which is included in your initial fee btw.

To begin with, she never even discussed length or style with me before starting. I actually had to ask her to show me a picture of what she was planning to do. Once she began the application, it was incredibly painful. Every single placement felt like a sharp poke directly into my eyelid skin. When I questioned it, she told me herself that she was gluing one synthetic lash to two of my real lashes because my natural lashes were "too thin." This completely breaks basic lash isolation rules and explains why her glue kept clumping on her tools. She was literally gluing my natural lashes together. On top of the constant poking, the products burned my eye severely, despite her claiming it was "sensitive" glue. The pain and burning got so intense that I couldn't even finish one eye. I had to ask her to stop and remove them completely, which she did. To top it all off, she still charged me the full amount for a painful, and incomplete job. Save your money and your natural lashes--do not go here for eyelash extensions.

She must've washed her hands and arms up to her elbows three or four times each time I was there. All of her equipment is protected too. She was careful matching my brow color and touched up my brows twice to get them just right! The only negative I can think of is that the numbing gel didn't seem to work very well. I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it.
