I always feel comfortable with their knowledge on tanning times as well as skin care products to help maintain my tan. The hours on Google and the door aren't correct. The hours they gave me in person aren't correct. On days it is supposed to be open. I'll show up and nobody is even working. It is under new ownership. The new owner lacks customer service. It was my first time seeing her in there. She gave me a very unfriendly look upon walking in, she never greeted me, then proceeded to just glare at me while I was checking in. I went to leave she gave me another rude look. She never said a word to me while I was there. I just received unfriendly faces from her. She made me feel so uncomfortable like I wasn't welcome in her salon. Let's not forget, I am a paying customer and this is my first time meeting this woman. The other girl working the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is usually the one working whenever I go in. I appreciate her and how helpful she was to me. I'm canceling my membership here. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever gone in. Half the time they close early or aren't even open. They ran out of spray tan solution during my last visit. I would not recommend this place while it's under this new owner. Hopefully someone else will buy it so I can return as a client.
