I had a great experience many years ago when Roxanne applied my permanent eyeliner. I had been wanting, and needing, my eyebrows tattooed but was nervous having seen many examples on the street that looked awful. I plucked up the courage a re-visited Roxanne. She made me feel totally confident about the procedure. Everything from the cleanliness of the facility to her professionalism was just as I had remembered. We discussed what I was looking for and she drew on a test outline. I felt very comfortable that I would be pleased with the symmetry, the color and the shape. She even told me that if necessary we would work on this initial outline for one hour, if that was what it took, to get it right. That was not necessary - she is a truly gifted artist and has a remarkable eye as far as placement and design are concerned. I was more than happy and excited for the procedure to start. After an initial numbing cream was applied I am pleased to report the procedure was painless. There was virtually no swelling and I was able to go about my business as usual over the next few days. The recovery was much easier than with the eyeliner (which was a little itchy whilst it healed) I am thrilled with the results. No more having to get up and draw on my eyebrows. No scary face when I look in the mirror first thing in the morning. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Roxanne. Come on people, its your face(!!!!!) don't trust a permanent procedure with someone you are not completely confident in. I love Roxanne and Brenda they are a dynamic duo. I had Brenda do an eyelash perm and tint. Roxanne has done both a fill in brow in the past and most recently a hairline stroke. They both do exceptional work. In the past I was the type of person that wouldn't even walk to the mailbox without having to put on my eyebrows and makeup. Anyone who has over plucked or has .thinning brows knows what a problem it is to do their brows everyday. One always has to worry if they made one brow too thin or too thick, too arched or too pointed, if one is higher than the other not to mention having to be over obsessed about them wiping ,rubbing or smearing off. Thanks to Roxanne's Permanent cosmetics I no longer have those issues, nowadays I hardly wear makeup. In fact most days I only where concealer. With two toddlers having permanent cosmetics, or in my case eyebrows gone are the days of spending so much time in front of the mirror. You can't imagine how much of a time saver it is to have it done. In the Texas heat and humidity I don't have to worry about wiping my eyebrows or smearing them off anymore. I don't have to worry about when I go to the pool. I can get up wash my face and go. I have a new-found confidence. I feel comfortable being in my own skin. I am a very picky person and am extremely happy with Roxanne's service. I had my eyebrows done and my eyeliner. My biggest concern was that it wouldn't look natural. Roxanne assured me that she would make it look like I was wearing very little makeup and she delivered on her promise. I had enough hair on my eyebrows to get hairstrokes and nobody can tell that I've had anything done. It just looks like my eyebrows did when I used soft pencil and my eyeliner is at the lash line so my lashes look fuller. Immediately after getting them done my eyebrows were swollen and the color was very dark, same with my eyeliner. I worried for a couple of days because it looked like the brows were a lot larger than we had planned. Now I feel stupid that I ever worried because they look great! After the swelling went down and they healed everything looked as I had hoped. I highly, highly recommend Roxanne Gloria! She is amazing! After I had 2 failed procedures with 2 other artists I went to Roxanne Gloria. I got the results I wanted. She is not only highly educated, & informed, but she also possesses the SKILL and artistry to do the actual work...she's schooled a number of the technicians in town. She has a feather touch, unlike others I've been to who were so heavy handed with the tattoo gun, I bled out all the color they were trying to deposit!!! All they did was create wounds, I had no color applied, & went through pain and expense for nothing.
