I would like to first start off by saying that I love the variety of coffee flavors that are displayed daily. When this location first opened the coffee use to be very good, robust with the intended flavor. However, what I have been realizing is that the Iced coffee in particular has been weak-watered down, and burnt in flavor. I am not sure if it is due to the fact that on most days I visit the location in the afternoon, but other perfectos locations have delivered a more consistent coffee experience. I will definitely continue to get my coffee fix here, but I wish that this issue be addressed. I have mentioned this issue to the staff as they have had to remake my coffees several times in the last few months, but the problem persists. read more

Very good food and always great service. Coffee is amazing as they use flavored beans not syrup. Great selection of flavors for both iced and hot coffee. Bagels (love the focaccia) and cream cheese (jalapeno or bacon scallion) are delicious. One knock is the amount of egg in their breakfast sandwiches. The service here is amazing. ALWAYS amazing, I saw past reviews and was shocked some people didn't think so. We live nearby so come very often and have never been disappointed. Only request is a better egg setup in sandwiches and bowls. Love that they even offer bowls tho! We love love the coffee flavors and regularly buy their ground beans to have at home. This has to be the cleanest store in Reading. Even when the place is busy, they have someone cleaning the tables, cooler glass, and doors. Got a bacon, cheese, egg bagel and it was awesome. Glad this place is so close to me in Woburn read more

This is my new go to for coffee! This place is fabulous. Flavored coffee that is roasted into the beans not a syrup (I'm looking at you Dunks!). I was torn between two flavors and before committing to a large cup the man behind the counter let me sample. Their customer service is excellent. The coffee and food is superb. Ample parking. The line for bagel world was down the street so I thought I would try this place and I am happy I did. The coffee is amazing with a lot of different flavors. I like their coffee better than bagel world. I also got a bagel sandwich which was so big I had trouble eating (that's a good thing ). The only complaint is that it is very confusing on where to order your bagels. I went straight to the register and apparently that's wrong. read more

I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheeses on everything. Ten minutes went by when I noticed that the people who'd been behind us in line had received their orders. I reminded the staff of my order several times but for some reason my sandwiches were never prepared. I give them two stars because the coffee was good and the staff was accommodating when refunding me for the sandwiches I never received. Tried them twice since I drive by going to work. Both times owners or managers seemed to have employees on edge(very nervous). But on my 2nd. visit I sat inside to read paper, when an interview for employment was being conducted. The entire staff were making fun of the situation. I wish I could give this place a zero! Everytime we go we always get our stuff messed up.... how can you fuck up something so easy? The food and coffee was great, but the woman who took my food order was rude and nasty. It was my first time there and when I ordered a bacon egg and cheese I didn't know I had to pick out my type of bagel. She treated me like a complete idiot and was extremely rude. We had lunch again there today. We asked the sandwich maker if it was OK to sit down and eat, since it was only 15-20 minutes to closing (2 PM). She said certainly, they have work to do after closing anyway. We had a bagel and cream cheese and a roasted turkey sandwich on a bagel, and both were good, as always. We saw a triangular chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate Graham cracker crust dessert that looked delicious, but we needed to know the ingredients; the lady at the counter said she didn't know. When we were finishing eating, the manager unexpectedly came out, and he had found the ingredients sheet for us. All was fine, so we got one -- it tasted even better than it looked, with a perfect balance of taste and texture between the three principal ingredients. For the 30 minutes we were there a girl was quietly and unobtrusively cleaning. We were very pleased with the friendly and thoughtful people, good food and cleanliness (tables, floors, counters, etc.), as always! read more

Alright experience. Third time being there and I would say it's average but left me feeling slightly disappointed. First off the parking is not awesome but it is what it is and can't be changed. The flow of the store and ordering is a bit confusing at first. Other perfectos I've been to have this odd flow so I think that's just something unique to get used to. I've had a few different flavor coffees and they were all okay. I know they brew the coffee and don't add flavor syrups so I wasn't expecting it to be super flavorful instead more subtle. I have had a hard time tasting the actual flavors in the coffee, without adding sugar. The bagels are alright with a lot of cream cheese put on, but the baked goods/ muffins are amazing! Staff was all nice and helpful always smiling. I guess I would visit perfectos reading again for a muffin or cookie if the parking lot looked like I could park quick but probably won't get coffee or a bagel here in the future read more
