The class is a fun opportunity to learn, bond with friends and meet new people (especially if you're teamed up with them - you're put into in groups of 4). You get a 10% in-store discount if you shop the day of your class. I appreciated that Chef Jess gave us a brief store tour; I ended up buying a couple of her recommendations. Can't wait for my next class! All the Sur La Table staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well organized and the available samples are always a fun perk.

This business owner is a scammer! Don't be deceived by the older reviews left for the past owner of…read morethis business. The new owner is a scam artist! I made a mistake of signing up for 4 weeks of meal delivery, and now I am out of hundreds of dollars. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered. I explained that because they failed to honor their contract, I had to make other arrangements for the meals. The merchant NEVER REFUNDED me for the remaining 2 WEEKS worth of food that they NEVER DELIVEREDA. I ended up having to contact my credit card company, and guess what? The merchant is lying to my credit card company, claiming they delivered all 4 weeks worth of meals! I am reaching out to the Office of the Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint next. Stay as far away from this thief as you can!
