This was my birthday present and so much fun. Great set up and educational. We did a parent/kid pizza making class. They took you step by step and encouraged the kids to do a lot of it. Great knife safety info. We each got to make our own pizza from flour and yeast all the way to toppings. Chef Pat also make a deep dish and salad for us to taste. Absolutely going back for other classes and it's BYOB. The classes are small and plenty of time to ask questions. This should be an Elite Yelper experience.

Came with my brother last week for a fun evening of making pizza! Looking forward to trying out their other classes in the future! Everything about CCW was great: easy signup, clean workspace, aprons provided (unless you want to bring your own), friendly staff, and classes that end with a tasty meal! One thing that I particularly loved was that there is staff there whose sole job is to keep everything clear. So as we moved from dough making to topping prep, they were clearing away our bowls, measuring cups, etc. (Can they come to my house when I cook, please?!) It took away some of the stress of cooking and allowed it to be just a purely enjoyable experience. At the end of the night, we'd enjoyed some camaraderie with other participants, enjoyed a delightful meal that we made, and even had some leftovers. If you're looking for a fun night out to expand your culinary creativity, then check out some of the classes at Culinary Craft Workshop! P.S. BYOB!

We had a company event here at the workshop. I wasn't sure what to expect; it was definitely a unique experience. First thing to note, this place is tough to find. The GPS will bring you to the area, but not the building. Hang in there and look for the the building number. When you arrive, you will notice that there is plenty of parking. When we entered the workshop, we were greeted by the staff. They showed us where to place our coats and then required everyone to wash their hands. We then went to various pristine workstations (see pictures). There were several meals that we would be cooking. The ingredients and recipes for each were available at the workstations along with individual aprons. There were two primary chefs that introduced the experience, provided demonstrations and cooking oversight. I genuinely appreciated that we could participate to the degree of our choice. The food came out really well. I learned several new techniques for dicing and sautéing. If you are looking for a unique group experience, I highly recommend the Culinary Craft Workshop.

Had a fabulous time on Saturday cooking Middle-eastern foods of falafel, flat bread, saffron rice, and a tomato-cucumber salad. Learned safe knife skills, what oils to use at high temperatures, how to knead bread and the benefits of using kosher salt. The workspace was set up well, all ready for us when we arrived. Our group was seated together. The class moved right along with interesting tips, clear instructions and sharp knives. And no clean-up - yay! At the end of the class, we enjoyed a fabulous meal together. Chef Nate was great - happy to answer questions, approachable, and funny. I'm looking forward to another class! Oh, water is supplied to drink, but you're welcome to bring any other beverage. Have fun!

    Gumbo and dirty rice

I have attended two classes: Fish and Gumbo and am scheduled to attend a private event at CCW next week. The Chefs are a wealth of knowledge and make the class fun while always focusing on safety. The combo of hands on experience with getting to watch a trained chef do their magic makes the experience even more enjoyable! Both times I attended I learned so much more than the recipes on the menu. The owner has been a pleasure to work with and is super accommodating.

We made breakfast sausage, buttermilk biscuits, chicken fried steak, country cream gravy, crispy hash browns, sunny side up eggs, fruit salad, and Texas sheet cake and somehow it all came together into an incredibly delicious meal. Chef Ted was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the class. At one point I was deep in ADHD overwhelm trying to keep up with the Texas sheet cake while everyone else seemed miles ahead, but Chef Ted and Madison (KA) stepped in, got me across the finish line and the cake turned out great!!!! The class was instructional and a little fast-paced in the best way. The two hours flew by!! It felt busy but never stressful, and sitting down to eat what we made together was the perfect payoff. Two thumbs (or forks?) way way up. Definitely recommend and would absolutely do another class!! We're already talking with friends about booking a private group night.

Within the class there were about a dozen things to make. You are divided into 2 tables, with each table making everything. Personally, you make one or 2 things. I was assigned the savory crepe batter and the spinach filling. Then everyone took turns cooking a crepe or 2. In all the class was a blast! There were some minimal drawbacks. To start, I previously posted about them not honoring gift cards. I quickly removed that post and they corrected the problem. I am very satisfied with how that was handled after the fact, but the old gift card was not easy to use without working with the owner. I also had a few times in the class where I could not find items like spoons or ingredients easily. The class had a lead instructor and then a kitchen assistant. It took some getting used to and understanding how the place worked. I almost feel more prepared if I were to sign up for a class again. First hour was not the most intuitive. I recommend these cooking classes. It was fun and a good date morning with my husband.

The 5 stars are for Dr. Roye Evans, my amazing acupuncturist. If I could give 10 stars…read more I would! Where do I begin? Dr. Evans' calm, patient, and caring demeanor is what practitioners and service professionals should demonstrate but she is a rare gem. In the wake of my current life: stress from work, grad school, dealing with side effects from cancer treatment and the loss of my only sweet child, Dr. Roye Evans treatment couldn't have come at a more critical time in my life. I'm truly grateful for her approach to care and the time she dedicates to my session as if I'm her only patient. She asks the deep questions that I can only process in my mind such as have you been creating? How is your sleep and how is your dreaming? Questions and concerns that many won't ask....if I could have a Dr. Roye in my life for all of my health providers I would be in the best shape of my life. Thank you for your care Dr. Roye. I literally have to take off work just to get on her calendar but it's all worth it!!!! She made recommendations for my Healthcare needs and I can't wait to try them!! If my son had this care when he was living..he might still be alive today!
