Raul was great from initiation to end. Very knowledgeable about the products in store. I was a bit unsure of what to get and he definitely explained my options, gave feedback on the most popular, and I ended up with a very yummy acai bowl. I will also commend his sales skills as he offered options for juices, giving recommendations of different health benefits, so I walked out with a yummy juice as well. Their seasonal juices Sweet Choke & Summer Love are my favorite! If I ever feel a cold coming on I get Rad Booster and Green Dream or Rad Booster and Super Green. I think one of them used to be called the flu shot. It really helps prevent me from feeling crappy, low energy, and weak when I can tell my immune system is about to start fighting something off. I know recently they closed their other locations in Marina, Seaside and Watsonville, but I really hope they can stay open because their juices are great and healthy and it is always a bummer when places go out of business. Especially a local store/chain, and they source locally as well. So if people ever wonder why the prices might be a little more than expected take that into consideration. :) Last time I went to the Marina one they offered stamp cards for a free drink so I thought that was cool. I don't believe they do the discount for taking back the old bottles anymore, but it's awesome they reuse and recycle old bottles. I love the sustainability aspect. read more

I visit this establishment each Sunday to purchase my weekly juices. I really like the Green Dream and Summer love. Furthermore I found Briana who works there very friendly, polite as well knowledgeable about the products. She always has a smile on her face even though she is wearing mask. The juice is really pricey and it's even more expensive since you have to pay for the glass bottle as well. The girl helping us didn't say it was an extra $2.50 for the bottle until she was ringing us up. The juice was pretty lukewarm when purchased but tastes better when refrigerated at home. A thumbs up for bringing healthy options to Salinas; however, I'm just not a fan of the "pre-made" juice. Makes the freshness credibility questionable and I would just honestly prefer made on the spot fresh juice. Also, they were out of majority of the juices when I went - making me think I had more of a "non seller" aka older squeezed juice. MEH. Came to this location with my sister as she has visited this location before I had. We walk in and 1 woman is sitting inside and seems to be waiting for an order. We make eye contact with the tall blonde working and she didn't say one word. We browsed the menu as she worked in front of us (still ignoring our presence) when we had made a decision on what we wanted we made our two steps to the register and this woman still not not speak. These folks are as GREEN as it gets! I just finished a 3 day cleanse and the staff was fabulous: they poured the juices especially for me in reusable glass bottles. Their 'plastic' bottles are completely biodegradable, too, but I prefer glass. They also allowed me to pick up my juices daily because my fridge is too small to hold 27 bottles ;~) The customer service it great and I highly recommend their juices. I quit coming here for awhile during SIP, but on my return back I was thrilled to see some new items on the menu that are wonderful gluten-free choices. Also, I like coming here because the staff is very personable and pleasant. When I come, it is usually Sophia that helps me, and I appreciate that she always greets me by name and exudes a positive, caring energy. I found this place by accident, I was power -walking in my neighborhood and went right by this place first then had to do a double take. It was in the evening so reviewed the hours and came back the next morning. -It's a small single building right between the donut shop and Landry mat. I went in the ladies were very helpful they offered me sampling of all the fine pressed juices. They all were very different some sweet, spicy, bitter, I liked the Mint kick. I went back the next few weeks and was hooked. So instead of Starbucks I was juicing... They sell food there as well, healthy breakfast rolled oatmeal meal and sandwiches plus salads. I haven't tried the food yet ;) With the juices You can feel the different, your body loves it and your mind too! My skin was even glowing. I tried the acai bowl which was blended with pear topped with pear, raspberry, blueberry, and agave syrup. it would have been better if the agave syrup was blended with the acai instead of drizzled on top. it made the granola gooey. The acai lacked flavor. ( strawberries are best to blend with acai) The reason I give 3 stars is that the sandwiches are too small. they are meant for snacking but medium sized would be better. also it is located in an abandoned shopping center, surrounded by residential neighborhoods. kind of hard to find. downtown would be a better spot ( near high school, college, library & court house) OH! Most cost effective way to order is half gallons at time, saves $$! And there is a bottle deposit, however you can always opt out and get plastic if you don't want to take a bottle home. However, juice tastes ever better out of a glass bottle. I have read some reviews of ppl saying the owner is rude, I disagree, a lot. I have been coming here since they first open in Salinas. Fantastic juice! They use a real Norwalk juice press and make them all in the morning, so they are ready when you come in and there is no wait.
