Highly recommend The Rock Movers!…read more If you're looking for a moving company that offers great service at a great price, give The Rock Movers a call! Maria was fantastic to work with and made the process so much easier with her excellent customer service and communication. On moving day, Borys and his crew were professional, efficient, and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. What impressed us the most was how stress-free they made the experience. Moving is already a lot to deal with, but having a team you can count on makes all the difference. Their pricing was also unbeatable compared to the other quotes we received. We got great service without breaking the bank! A huge thank-you to Maria, Borys, and the whole team for helping our family with our move. We truly appreciate all your hard work and support. Five stars well deserved!

Booked 24/7 to do the work. They showed up on the scheduled day about 8:30 am and we did a walk thru, showing them what was going and what was not. moving from a 4 bdrm to a 2 bdrm takes some downsizing. They started right in, wrapping, filling boxes and moving them out to the truck. Taking apart the furniture that needed it and moving it out to the truck. They are definitely good at their job. It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, polite and very good at their job.

Extremely unprofessional and intimidating experience…read more I had a terrible experience with this moving company, and I would strongly caution others before hiring them. After nearly 12 hours of work, the movers left my home in complete disarray. Almost everything was piled into my living room, blocking access to the back of the house. My bed wasn't assembled, clothes had been thrown on the floor, and the job was left unfinished. When they presented an invoice charging me for almost 12 hours, I questioned the condition in which they were leaving my home. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, one of the movers became aggressive and confrontational. He told me he would not leave my house until I signed the paperwork. I repeatedly explained that I wanted to speak with his manager before signing anything. He became increasingly hostile, called someone on the phone, and began using profanity and making disrespectful comments about me. I was alone in my home with my child at the time, and I found his behavior extremely intimidating. When I called the person who had recommended the company and handed the mover my phone so they could speak, he threw my phone. I was advised to contact the police because of his behavior. Eventually, he left, but not before insisting that I would still have to pay and could complain the following day. I have photographs documenting the condition in which they left my home, as well as videos of the employee's behavior. No customer should ever feel intimidated or unsafe in their own home, especially when simply questioning an invoice or requesting to speak with management. I expected professional moving services, respectful communication, and a completed job. Unfortunately, I received none of those.

I would not recommend this company!!…read more I scheduled my move more than a week in advance and received confirmation for both the date and the 9:00 AM start time. I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. I called the office, and the representative seemed unsure of what was going on but said she would call me back. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company. In fact, I would strongly advise you to steer clear.
