Review in english and spanish: About two weeks ago, I got an…read moreestimate from Acosta Electronics in Homestead for window tinting. I agreed to the price and was told to come back the following Saturday. When I returned, Mr. Acosta said he didn't have the correct tint but told me not to worry because he would purchase it on Monday and asked me to come back today. When I showed up today, I was given yet another excuse this time involving the tint paper. He then claimed he was "trying to help" by calling his son, who quoted me 100% more than the original agreed price. This experience felt dishonest and very unprofessional. I wasted multiple trips and time based on commitments that were not honored. It honestly seemed like he no longer wanted to deal with my car because the job would take too long, instead of just being upfront about it. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Today he did the fourth car for me and as always returned my car clean and cozy with new tint. He is very informative of all the things that he has and was even kind enough to review my choices with me. I originally came in and wanted to just put a dark tint all The way around with a strip across the from no but he advised me of how dark the back would get with the factory tint. It would have dropped to a 6% (difficult to see at night). He calculated using a 55% over the back to give me a total of 19% making it look perfect. Disclaimer - this is all on my "off road use only" BMW X4m40i. Lol Great job!
