I really appreciate the friendliness of the two pharmacists and the time they spend helping to make sure the medications are right for me. Other staff members are friendly and the pharmacy also provides delivery! The pharmacy has a small retail store and some products are pricey - you can probably get better prices elsewhere but in my experience you will not find the friendly competence of pharmacists elsewhere.

If the medication isn't available or unlikely to be in stock, patients should be told that clearly so they can make other arrangements...not kept in a weekly loop without resolution. In one call I was told they have a list of regular patients waiting for their meds to be filled. Hearing this and adding the rest of my experience with this pharmacy made it feel like my I was no priority and that maybe this would be an ongoing issue. At a certain point, repeatedly stringing patients along without a realistic expectation of filling their prescriptions raises concerns about whether patients are being given accurate information to access their medication in a timely way. Strongly recommend trying elsewhere.

I have been going to them since 2007 because I was put on so many other prescriptions normally found at traditional pharmacies that caused countless issues, but now my thyroid concerns are a thing of the past because I get a personalized batch of capsules made specifically for my T3 and T4 numbers. They are quick to refill scripts, and they even remind you that you're coming to the end of the bottle! I call and email them with questions not even my doctor takes the time to respond to, and they always get back to me on the same day!! That's just never been my experience with folks in the medical field; I am forever waiting to hear back from them, but not Compounding Docs!! They are conveniently located between Boca and Delray, but if you can't make it there, THEY WILL DELIVER!! That is so unheard of! (Now lots of businesses deliver their products, but I am talking PRE-COVID-19 days, here.) AND, they always send holiday greeting cards that are hand-signed.
