A pleasant enough shop as we were looking for something to make our Airbnb a little more comfortable but we also picked up some frozen entrees for lunch for the week and some other snacks. The store was in good shape other than some trash in the parking lots and the cart corrals were full at 5pm on a weekday. We have been to this Walmart before, but not for awhile. On a long holiday day (weekend?) they were busy busy busy. I asked my husband if they were giving things away? We'd come because we needed a new folding chair. This week we have been attending baseball games watching one of the grandson's tournaments. One of our old folding chairs (which we'd previously bought years ago at a Walmart) finally collapsed. It went into the trash can. So we came looking for a new chair but not sure exactly where in the store to go. They had some chairs right in the middle of one aisle of seasonal stuff. We also wandered a bit and found the camping section looking for an added clamp on umbrella but didn't find the one we wanted. Of course, we couldn't go into Walmart for just one thing. (Can you ever?). But while we were there I successfully found some Parkay brand spray butter. This sounds silly, but it has been a "quest" for the last couple weeks. Four different Publix stores (2 in Broward and 2 in palm beach counties were out of it). So we left happy -- got the chair we wanted (and it was at a discount) and found a surprise purchase I had been looking for elsewhere, as well. All in all a good shopping experience. read more

My husband and I stopped in this Walmart store to return a product I had bought recently . The product is called Diamond Coat and comes in a spray bottle in the car section! The liquid in it is cloudy . It is supposed to go on your car paint with a cloth to give a lustrous glow to your car. My hub wasn't happy with the product found something better and went to return this product to the store to get our money back! A Walmart representative who said her name was Stacey assisted us ! Staff wear name tags but no names on them ! I gave her my receipt and the product in a Walmart bag. She looks at the bottle and tells me it looks like water. Water is generally clear the product in bottle is cloudy. I tell her that's not what's in the bottle and as she opens the bottle and it spills all over. I tell her if she thinks it's in fact water I told her to taste it (drink it then) She leaves me then and makes a call to a manager to come but is talking on phone for about 5 minutes. As I wait and my husband can see there seems to be a issue as to Stacy thinking I used all of product and filled it with water to return it and get back my full refund of $16.88! My husband ran back to car section to grab two bottles to show Unbelieving Stacy what product looks like on shelf! So Linsey The Manager comes to desk. She then mentions looks like water same as Stacey told me ! I told Linsey I told Stacey to drink it since she thought it was water because it's not ! So instead of the Manager being asked to just come to customer service because of a problem The Manager was told by Linsey that the bottle looks like water and im trying to pull a fast one on Walmart is the attitude I'm getting from both staff members! The manager also scolded me for telling her employee to drink the water which was actually Diamond Coat product! My husband comes to counter with two other bottles that are the same cloudy consistency as the bottle I was returning! I got my refund but geeze I had to really work for ! Actually my husband as the one who had to walk all the way back to the car section to show them the product is the product !! The Manager Linsey does not act like a manager ! If you have any problem or question stay away from Linsey and find any other manager ! If anyone from Walmart corporate would like to message me I would appreciate it very much !! Thank you !! One section for food, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, electronics, clothing for woman, men, boys, girls etc. Compared to the other Walmarts I've been to this seems just about the same. Products were all about the same as well. Pricing too. Efficient parking. Check out was a breeze as they have the self check out stations. read more

I put in an order for groceries to be delivered to my apartment for my children and their mother since she is sick and I am out of town. The delivery was right on time and went smoothly. They even sent me a picture of the items on my doorstep. They did have to substitute a few items, but those were fine as well. I had a very pleasant experience with an exchange at the Walmart on 10th Ave. in Palm Springs, Florida. It was atypical in the sense that the barcode was unreadable on one of the items and although I provided a sales receipt, the young lady behind the return counter insisted I could not get a refund on that particular item. I requested a manager and was fortunate enough to be introduced to "Marvin" who politely informed me he was the assistant manager. Marvin listen to my explanation, looked at my receipt and instructed the young lady to provide a total refund because I had both of the items AND documentation in the form of the sales receipt. Ever since this store opened, it came with crime, car break-ins, riff-raffs, and constant police activity you'd expect from a Walmart in a questionable neighborhood. The location is terrible. The traffic is horrendous. Parking spaces are plentiful, but plan on having to walk. The inside of the store itself is cluttered. A lot of the time, products on shelves aren't sorted. I absolutely dread going here, but the distance from where I live makes all the difference. I also do like the fact that they have self-checkouts with the scanner guns and a Murphy's gas station, but that's about it. If you can, consider going elsewhere. The one in Greenacres is actually a bit better (and by better, I mean cleaner). read more

Every time I shop here, I have to talk myself into getting there. The few cashiers that are working are slow. Boxes are on the floor everywhere. Items are in the wrong place with no prices. Children climb under clothes racks and run around wild at 11:00 at night. The best part of this Walmart is that it is close to my house. read more

Worst Walmart I have ever been in. I went in to buy printer paper. There is a complete row of boxes of paper that have two prices 15.92 or 6.72. So I think I'm getting a deal. I pick up this big 20lb box of paper and take it to checkout. The paper rings up 28.88. A price that is nowhere around. I ask for assistance and the two women tell me that one pack of paper is 6.72. And ask me do I want one of the packs out of the box that is clearly marked not for individual sale. The other woman tells me she is going to the back to look. I walk back to the back and she shows me the empty spot where I got the box from on the end and says it wasn't supposed to be there. She then tells me that a price tag should be in the middle of the two price tags. I guess it's my fault that they don't stock their supplies correctly or label them correctly. But hey what do I know. Glad they built one closer to my house, but long wait lines and isles all full, really no better, I hardly ever go to this store. The checkout lines are always too long of a wait. They need to hire more cashiers. Their prices are often not labeled correctly, shows one low price on sign by product, then when you ring them up at register, always higher, seems like games. Walmart used to be good about 20 years ago, it has gone down the tubes since. They do not sell plants here and the prices are just so high now. Aldi or Presidente have much better prices and better products. Too much attitude from cashiers and employees here. Walmart is how kmart got many years ago, now it is the worst place to go shopping, I hardly ever go here any more. read more

If I could give half a star, I would. Clearance items were cheaper if I bought them online and had them shipped to the store, and the manager(maritza I think) refused to honor price match and had a foul, horrible attitude. She was rude and smacked her gum the entire time. The in store clearance was also marked up several dollars (compared to online), what a rip off!! I usually try to avoid this Walmart and shop elsewhere but I needed cash back ASAP so I stopped and bought a pack of gum and went through self checkout to get $20 back. I finished my checkout and there was a couple standing right behind me to go next. I took my stuff and left... I hadn't made it out the second double door when I stopped and realized I forgot to grab my $20 out of the self checkout machine! I ran right back in and the couple was still there.... no $20!! So I got a manager they came over and the people were having trouble with that machine so they had to go and use a different one. A male manager (Hispanic- wish I got his name!) said they were gonna check the cameras to make sure the money didn't come out OR to see if those people took it. Sure as the sky is blue... the woman jacked my money! By the time they saw it on the camera the people were gone. Marvin - the manager came out and spoke with me. He told me that he would give me my $20 this time but it if happened again they wouldn't be able to. I didn't even think they would do it to begin with. I was pleasantly surprised! It was only $20 but nowadays $20 is a lot of money..! Kudos to Marvin. Wonderful person, very kind and understanding. Excellent customer service!!! If you ever have a problem... ask for him! He's awesome! I will now not avoid this store but I will now shop here only BECAUSE of Marvin! read more
