I have been here quite a few times. I've always been happy with the results. Unfortunately, my most recent visit, this past Tuesday, the technician cut my foot, denied it, then continued with my pedicure. I didn't even realize how bad the cut was until later that night when I removed the bandaid and felt the pain in my heel. It's now 2 days and I still can't have anything touching my heel. I just want to be compensated in some way. Maybe a free pedicure next time. Don't ask for the razor to be used. Just FYI, my left foot could not be finished completely. read more

Walk ins are welcome! Great massage chairs (8 total) friendly staff and very clean! The conversations that the customers have here are very entertaining to listen to, it's gotta be the clientele because I'm entertained every time. I am so shocked that there were any other people in this facility when I visited. First of all, the nail polish choices are all so old and crusty which was more of a disappointment. Second, I almost immediately noticed that the tools being used were just sitting out in the open and clearly were not retrieved from anywhere that would disinfect them. My manicurist was afraid to use them or something (?) because cutting nails, filing them, and doing cuticles all felt like I was playing pretend with a little kid. She literally just kept gliding the cuticle cutters over my nail pretending she was doing anything. It was honestly really weird. Finally, there was absolutely nothing that was particularly nice about this service. The place is absolutely filthy. Sinks have scum all around the counter/mirror and tools are 100% not sanitized. I don't understand how the section to dry nails could actually be so dirty... the only activity done there is sitting and drying. But the table is dirty, machines have stains all over, and the fold out chairs they use look like they've had better days. Would not return if you paid me. read more

Have never experienced such poor Customer service. Beware. tools are not disinfected between customers but rather squirted with acetone. Tony the manicurist ?? owner although very skilled is rude and very disrespectful!! Will never set foot in that establishment again read more

If I could give less stars I would. Place was very unhygienic. Wish I read the reviews first. We waited forever for a pedicure, told us it would be 10 min and it was 30. The massage chairs are old and horrible. The place was filthy, nothing relaxing about it. My boyfriend got soap in his pedicure foot bath and I got nothing... just water. All the pedicure entailed was a painful clipping of dead skin and minimal filing. No scrub, no massage, did nothing with my callouses except a 2 sec file... which she proceeded to clean in the dirty water in my foot bath for the next customer. Then painted my toes and got nail polish all over the skin around my nails. Couldn't even stay in the lines! Absolutely horrible experience. Mad I paid for it. read more

I've been going here for 10 years - Tony and staff are consistently good at what they do; very friendly and accommodating, always clean environment. I have never had issues with fungus or infection from either a pedicure or gel over acrylic ( I get this so UV light doesn't hurt the nail beds -- LA Perfection is the only place that does it this way - I've asked around) . I can't wait until they are able to reopen and I can go in with a mask! read more

I have been coming to this nail salon since 2007. The owners/manager Tony and Lisa are good. For pedicure, I prefer to have Melissa (the only Spanish woman there) to do my feet. She's great. It's sad that a salon with a few people who do great nails (they last, are sleek, not too thick, etc) Provide a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place has the worst customer service ever. The treatment you received is based on the cost of what you are getting done. They don't appreciate customers, for example, I have been going there for over ten years and the treatment have worsen. I don't consider myself a difficult client and even if so after so many years it's fair to say they have learned how I like my nails to look. They lie about busy and having appointments just so they can take the customer they prefer and they even go as far as sending you with someone else to do someones else nails/toes since they will be paying more for whatever reason. They hold little to none conversation, even those days when you are in the mood to talk. The owner and his wife are the worst in terms of customer service. In terms of quality they are good. They also make it very Obvious for the customer to know that they are talking about you. It's sad because the place has potential due to its quality and location but the customer services is THE WORST. They make it almost impossible for you to be there. The treatment white and black customers is not the same. It almost feel as if they want to tell you not to come back. One can assume they don't need the money. read more

Poor quality polishes, poor quality manicures, poor customer service. Wish I could say something nice about this place.

The prices are cheap, the service ok but the place is not nice at all, that white box with light they use to dry your nails is dirty.

Lisa is fabulous!! I've been coming here for 8yrs!!! Never have I had a problem with my nails. NO FUNGUS!!!!! They always look beautiful! I know when I walk in Im in good hands. Im greeted hello! How are u? How's the family? Etc.... Lisa takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect! Her implements are always clean & sterilized in a UV machine! I recommend this nail salon!!!!! read more

BASIC BASIC BASIC - I had the manicure and pedicure special. My feet are still extremely rough on the bottom as they did not buff off the hard skin. The manicure--- oh the manicure..... they used cold water, slighlty filed the nails and cut some of the cuticles Old nail polish was still left on my nails and they were not buffed!! DONT GO HERE! just left here with my nails looking literally like a child painted them on. I have never had my nails look so terrible or felt the need to go on yelp to complain about anyone until now. When i asked the manger to wipe off the sides and fix them up a little to make them at least look presentable, he said "that will just wash off" And the nail polish on the shelves all looked crusted, old and not well taken care of. read more

They got me in quickly when I was in a hurry, but not my kind of place. Mostly carry crazy colors, which I wasn't into. Also, it didn't look like they used clean tools. Pedicure was $20 and when I asked for change the technician gave me back only $5 bills. I would have tipped $5 anyway but I hate when it feels forced. read more

I got acrylics here and the woman who did my nails was so rude. She also did the nails horribly. They were extremely uneven and crooked. The nail polish was super old and took forever to dry. read more
