The ease of booking online was great and I liked that there were time slots available for my needs. My appointment was with Michele and she made me feel so comfortable from checkin. She has many years of experience and gave me great breathing techniques to get through those moments (ladies you know what I'm talking about!!) she was really easy to talk through and even asked about my prior experience. This is the first time in a long time where my Brazilian was tolerable and I attribute that to the soft wax but also my waxer. I am excited to get back on track and see how my body does with the soft wax.

Management never returned my phone calls when I called repeatedly asking to speak with somebody. And they continue to send me emails, reminding me to book an appointment for service they no longer offer. I have heard from former employees that management treats them poorly, messes with their schedule and has no respect for keeping customers aligned with the person who you have established a relationship with. To me this demonstrates a disregard both of their employees and their customers. I understand that businesses can choose to make decisions based on a variety of factors. I am not writing this review based on their decision. I am writing this review based on their handling of their decision, which, in my opinion could not have more poorly. Before all of this, I was happy with the establishment for years. i'm sure there are good people that work there who provide great service. However, I cannot overlook the way I was treated and the ongoing insult. Emailing me encouraging me to book an appointment.

They have a special bench set up for little kids so my daughter was able to sit next to me in a pedicure chair and get her mani done while I had my pedi done. The bottom floor of the salon is where Lourna was stationed. I was promptly greeted by the staff and taken back to meet Lourna. At first I felt a little weird because we were in the men's barber room and secluded so I didn't feel like I was apart of the salon, but I came to quickly enjoy the appointment because of Lourna. She explained all the products she was using on me from start to finish. I liked that this salon has two kinds of products, Bumble and bumble and kerestase. She used the Kerestase products on me and I really liked how it felt on my hair. Her hair washing skills were AMAZING. The scalp massage she gave me was 10/10. Throughout the whole appointment, I didn't even notice I was getting my haircut because she was so gentle, even when blowing out my hair.
