I've been getting my monthly pedicures from this salon. They have been professional, kind, clean(sanitary), and charges you no hidden/extra fees upon check out. I mention the hidden fees, because I've been to many many other nail salons where this had happened. If you pay cash, you could receive a small discount(credit card fees increase the charge). Ruby, I like going to her for both Manicures and Pedicures. She is gentle during the services and gives the best foot massages. I choose the second to the best one cuz hot stones are not for me but I like the extra time for the massage and warm wax wrapped with a hot towel. Ruby always has the nicest nails so I get inspired in the design or color. It's getting pricey at 2 Ben Franklins plus tip but pampering is enjoyed and deserved. Went in for just a pedi but decided to treat myself to a full set. From the start Zen was not attentive at all the water was scalding hot when I informed her it was such a huge inconvenience for her. I didn't get the highest priced pedi but the middle priced one that had the hot towel and wax. The pics below shows the burns that I suffered. When I told her the towels were too hot she acted like she didn't hear me. And mentioned how she got that new towel Just for me. My full set was all different sizes and slanted and she was pulling on my hand and forcing my hand in positions that hurt. She grumbled that I couldn't relax and that it made her job so much harder... I couldn't relax because I was in pain... she kept looking at the door as if she had somewhere to go the entire appointment. I grudgingly paid and sat in my van and cried. When my husband and my daughter saw my legs they were furious. When my husband went back to complain, she insisted that she did nothing wrong. I would go there occasionally over the past 12 years but now I will never go back and I probably will never get a full set ever again... I had called this morning to see if they had any availability for today. They asked if I could come un the morning and I said I could. They told me to just come in. When I walked in, the place was clean and welcoming. They asked me what I was there for and I told them a pedicure. They were able to take me right away. I picked my color and off I went. Jessica took care of me. I had asked her how long this business was opened and she told me 20 years. I had told her that I moved to Hawaii 10 years ago and that I went to Safeway all the time and had no idea they were there until I found them on Yelp when I was looking for a new place to go. I found the prices very reasonable. I was happy with the service as well. Most places, you often feel rushed out. I did not feel that at all. Most importantly, I am very happy with my pedicure. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love this nail salon and it was my go-to for so long, but never again will I be coming here. I was a walk in who just requested a gel manicure. My natural nails are long so I didn't want a full set. When I was sat down with Zen, I was told to put a powder coat for stronger nails. I asked about the difference in price and was told it's $10 cheaper than what I was originally asking for, so I said OK to it. There was very little communication after that. No massage. No lotion. Nothing was done besides some cuticle oil at the end. After closer inspection, a lot of my nails are crooked and the polish isn't even. There's even spots where polish is missing. When it was time to pay, I was shocked by a $85 price tag. For some powder and polish on my NATURAL. NAILS. I was told it was cheaper than the simple gel manicure I came in asking for. Considering I didn't even get a basic manicure treatment, I was and still am infuriated. When asked about the price, apparently that is how much it costs. What a scam. Never again. read more

We made appointments a couple days before. However, I still waited over 20 minutes in a chair for someone to start my pedicure while my friends were getting their pedicures done. Then once my pedicure was finished, Julie rushed me out of my chair within 15 minutes. The place wasn't even super busy, since there were at least 3 other empty pedicure chairs. This was my first time coming here in a while. I think I've tried them once before like maybe 7ish years ago and overall my experience was pretty good! I got almond gel nails and a pedi. My almond nails are okay shaped, I'm a bit picky with my nails and the shape we're an 8/10. The fit of the extensions themselves are also an 8/10. I went for a natural look so I kept it as the color of the neutral dip powder. First off let me start by saying I've been here MULTIPLE times and always get the same thing for my feet a pedicure (this price varies depending on which package I choose) acrylic on my toes and a French tip and I've NEVER paid more then 100$ for my feet well today I was charged 130$ when I chose the cheapest pedicure package and was shockingly told that the acrylic for my toes was 75$ alone and the French tip was another 20$ I bring up the fact that I was cut MULTIPLE times to the point my toe is actively sore they apologize and leave it at that , now to my hands I requested short almond French tip acrylic and everything is going well initially until I notice my nails are crooked and angled upwards I bring it to her attention in which she says "oh once I put the acrylic it will be even no worries" I choose to trust the process.... Wrong choice once my nails are completed I realize they are still crooked and angled upright as well as multiple little cuts from the filing. In total I was charged 230$ for botched nails and cut up feet. I wasn't offered an accommodation or solution just simply told that if I was unhappy with the nails I could pay for a soak off as well read more

It's a nice bright spacious nail salon with so much potential to be amazing but unfortunately my experience was just mediocre. The chairs looked dirty and I am not sure if the nail file the lady used on me was new... I got a gel pedicure. The chairs are nice but not clean. I got the luxury organic pedicure option for $56. I am not sure what exactly was organic or better about it to be honest. The massage was okay and I have cuts on my toe cuticles. The color came out nice but the toe nail cutting, trimming/shaping and what not was not great. Not worth $77. I probably will not go back since there are other places closer to me. read more

I enjoyed the large TVs in the background, usually playing home improvement shows - nice for when you're getting a mani and can't look at your phone. If you're nearby and looking to get your nails done without an appointment, you have a good chance of getting a walk-in at Perfection Nails because of how big it is. Now, I'm no stranger to nail salons and love getting unique designs on my nails. On both my visits here, I came with a specific design in mind. Initially, the staff agreed to do them, but each time, I was passed on to another technician who eventually said the design was too complex. Usually, my gel nails last about 3-4 weeks without chipping, only needing a redo due to growth. However, my recent gel manicure here, complete with chrome powder, disappointingly lasted barely 2 weeks. I would recommend this salon for the guys! The two times I've been here, I've actually seen quite a few men getting pedicures. Today I got a deluxe pedicure (normal polish) and regular manicure (normal polish) and had my old gel taken off my hands. The total was $86- they charged me $15 to remove the gel. I tried the deluxe pedi ($42) with gel polish ($18) I was happy with it. I then had a full set, almond shape, ombré done. I showed Lynka a photo and she did my nails even better than the photo. All the employees are very kind. I made an appointment for 10a and there were already 4 ladies waiting, and 6 employees already helping other customers. I only come here for pedicures but over the last 5 visits or so, I can say that this will be my go to spot for my nails when looking for a place in Mililani. Overall, I leave here satisfied. It's reasonably priced, usually for easy to book same day appointments, great selection of nail polish and the staff are very friendly and do a good job! One thing to note is that they only accept tips via cash or venmo (if your nail tech has an account)... so make sure you have cash on you!
