Melissa's team members worked with us to turn on our well heater, ensure our pup was kept warm and cozy, and gave us detailed updates and photos. 3. Going Above & Beyond. Melissa called me about the cold weather to alert us in case we didn't know it was going to be below freezing and to ensure our pet was fully taken care of. Her team actually plays with your pet, spends real quality time, and ensures your pet feels loved. Someone had recommended Adette so we quickly called to see if they could accommodate us. They saved us! Adette was so patient with us and we were able to take care of all the info over the phone and have Jill, our pitbull, there within an hour even though it was within closing time. Jill looked so happy when we picked her up vs how she looked when we picked her up from the sitter that cancelled on us. The ranch was very clean and we would recommend them to anyone.
