They shared with me over the phone that for existing customers it would be 65 and for a new customers that it would be 80. I shared with them that we have been coming here since 2020 but we have not gone to their new location. They told me to drop off at 10 am, so I did just that, they also shared that my girls would be ready around 1 to 2pm. Well, 2 o'clock rolled around so I called them; they shared with me that one of my girls had fleas on their butt (I checked both of them before going in and they did not, we have seven dogs at my house and not a single one of them has fleas.) and that her butt had mats of hair even though I brush her daily. Regardless, they did not call for consent to give them a flea bath. You don't take your car to the repair shop without them calling you if there is more work to be done than what you originally thought. I showed a couple minutes before three and told them to just bring the dogs out to me and that I would take them somewhere else. They charged me $70 and they did not even cut the nails of the that was fully done. This is not the first time they have done a whack job on my dog but it WILL be the last. The one that had been finished is so very well behaved and will let you do whatever you need to without a fight and this is what was done- I cannot imagine what they would have made my other dog that struggles at the groomers look like if I would have let them continue. It is choppy, uneven, not even in a straight line (as pictured) They also tried to tell me that I do not have an account with them and they don't know me or my girls and I have been coming since 2020. Ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere. I have heard way too may horror stories about places like this. There is no reason for ANY dog to be in a cage for over 6 hours, it was all just ridiculous, they also refused to take accountability for their mistakes. If they would've tried to charge me full price, I would've called the Better Business Bureau. read more

I take my long hair siamese cat Nikki Minaj here get her lion cut and hot pink cat caps every 6 weeks. I can honestly say its been the best grooming experience I've had since I got her.I save about 30.00 off the Petco price and I know that they take excellent care of Nikki the whole time she is there. We've been taking our dog here the past 4-5 times for grooming and they've done a fantastic job. I can't say whether or not they're expensive as I've never had a dog before to get groomed, but I don't think what I pay is too high. They do a great job, good haircuts and she always smells so good for a week after (they put some sort of powder on her or something, it's amazing!) and she always leaves with cute bandana. read more

The only reason I won't go down to 1 star is because the staff was extremely friendly and really worked well with my dog! I I do not recommend anyone with a lab to come here, however. They knew my dog was a lab and although I asked for a trim, he was shaved. It has been a few months and his hair is not growing back; he has patches. The knowledge level and respect for customers wishes aren't what they should be, as all they know apparently is how to shave. Also, the next day his right paw was swollen. I took him to the vet where they said it was obvious they had cut him while trimming his pad hair and since I was not told it got infected when he went outside to play. They also shaved a nipple off. Very, very nice staff but I suggest going somewhere else with better knowledge for the money I paid (almost $80). read more

I called and inquired about their services and wanted to ask about how they handled dogs that were less than perfect for grooming. My last groomer was a friend and coworker and knicked and cut my dog so much that she became increasingly more difficult to groom as she was so fearful. I began grooming them at home myself but when I got pregnant I needed help. The young lady was so sweet, compassionate, and helpful on the phone that I felt it could be a really good fit if they were as caring as she said they were. thank god she was right! The staff was so sweet to my dogs and called them by name upon our arrival. I was very impressed. They actually asked questions about how I wanted them groomed, even though I am not as concerned with the cut as much as the care they receive while there. They called us just before they were finished so that the dogs didn't have to stay longer than necessary. Both of my dogs were happy to see my husband and I but did not seem overly stressed. They looked amazing and said that my "difficult" girl was not a problem at all, that she just needed someone to baby talk to her and love on her. I am thrilled with the care they received and the haircuts are fabulous! The staff went above and beyond to make me and our furkids feel comfortable and they have a happy new customer!! I love this place! The owner is fantastic and always takes great care of my cocker spaniels. The prices are reasonable and she always gives them these cute little bandanas. While there are other groomers in my area, I still drive about 30 minutes to take them to Perfect Pet Cuts. I can't find anyone else who does a better job and, more importantly, cares about my dogs as much as I do. This level of service that is getting harder and harder to find. The staff at Perfect Pet have been friendly and accommodating. My dog is deafly afraid of getting his nails trimmed. Petco has had to put him in a crane like contraption to stop him from freaking out. Jennie and the staff at Perfect are the only people that have managed to cut his nails without him freaking out. Jennie and her Staff do an AMAZING job!!! My dog had been to a groomer in the past and had a very traumatic experience and was afraid to be groomed again. I made them aware of the situation and they took excellent care of him. When I left with him he was wanting to stay there and mingle with the staff. Not only was he in great spirits and not shaking like other places he's been. He looked the best that he EVER has! His cut and even the clean smell lasted for months I cant thank them enough. I took my daughter's dog on Sunday for a cut. I told the guy up front I did not want his face trimmed like a poodle. I asked for a teddy bear face. He said no problem. Then my daughter called him to re-iterate not to cut like a poodle. He seemed irritated that she had to remind him again. When I went to pick him up, his fact and head was cut just like a poodle. I am so upset. He did not bother to tell the groomer what we wanted. He offered a discount on our next visit but will not go back here. It will take months for his face to grow back out. It's one of those places that has a bunch of kids that work there and sorta care but don't really have any pride in doing the job right the first time. Not at all cheap, takes lots of time (8-3:30), so so haircuts (loose hair on body, feet not entirely even cut, beard improperly trimmed, etc). Tiny cages, place smells, and it's dirty. My dog was covered in another dogs hair that was getting trimmed because it's so small in there. That being said the girls that work there were nice and my dog got a bandana. read more

I brought my American Eskimo a few weeks ago for the first time and will defiantly be a return customer. You guys did a wonderful job with him and when I picked him up he seemed very happy. He looked great. When I called thy were able to get me in the very next day. The next day he went to visit a nursing home and got great reviews in his coat and cut. We had such a great experience with our dogs here. The staff is so friendly, and they treat your pets as if they were their own. Prices are comparable to area salons. When we picked up the dogs they were very happy, not stressed at all, which I was worried about. They looked great and smelled amazing. I have taken my dog here for two years now. I booked an appointment for today 3 days ago, expecting they might be booked this close to a Friday. The girl on the phone assured me they had space and I made the appointment. My son went to drop my dog off today only to be told they had no record of my appointment, they had 13 dogs booked today and only had one groomer. I called and was told (with a sucks to be you tone) the same thing. No apologies or remorse of any kind from the guy on the phone. For the most part I have been happy with the way my dog has looked when I go to pick him up, but you have to be specific with your long haired dog or they will just shave him! The customer service has never been good, but it was close to home and I was happy enough with the service that I have remained loyal for two years.Two years every 2-3 months and they have never ONCE greeted myself or my dog by name or acted happy to see us. Today, however, was the last straw. I believe they overbooked, maybe one of their groomers called in sick and so they just decided to lie and say I never made an appointment. Not cheap either....$85 plus I always left at least a $15 tip. I guess they don't need anymore business so I suggest taking your business elsewhere where you are a valued customer!
