She just mumbled something and smiled. I still had hope that they would work out just fine. Anyway, they were polished and I glanced at them, I thought ok, it will be ok. Before the afternoon got there, the roughness, (left on glue and artificial nail) was ridiculous! My nails were sanded so thin, they have just broken right off. I have worn artificial nails on and off for 30 years. I know after they are taken off your nails have to grow out and may be rough. But I tell you people, this was a hack job! I hate to put it that way, but it was a $27.00 mess. I could have bit them off and they would have looked better. It was my time first there and my last time. I should have stuck with my normal salon! I will say they were nice, clean environment, & the vibe was fine. Maybe the techs were new, maybe they were having a bad bad day. I don't know, but I will not go back.

Kept taking more and more customers instead of finishing with the ones there they jumped from person to person. We arrived at 330pm. I was last to finish and it was 7pm when we were done. Made my neices fingers bleed, barely did her pedicure. My "spa" pedicure, no massage, barely scrubbed my feet. My other neices nails are barely polished and a chip in one of her nails. She never did my cuticle or filed my nails. I paid $81 for the sloppiest, rude service I have ever received. I just wanted to be finished. Would never go back.
