It was not a manicure-cold water and my cuticles never got trimmed. The last two times, I had to remind them to do the lotion. Very disappointed. I should have realized walking in there, they're never busy. I was there yesterday. Asked for a white gel polish with 3 coats. She said "can't do that because the polish is thick". Meaning old.

She just mumbled something and smiled. I still had hope that they would work out just fine. Anyway, they were polished and I glanced at them, I thought ok, it will be ok. Before the afternoon got there, the roughness, (left on glue and artificial nail) was ridiculous! My nails were sanded so thin, they have just broken right off. I have worn artificial nails on and off for 30 years. I know after they are taken off your nails have to grow out and may be rough. But I tell you people, this was a hack job! I hate to put it that way, but it was a $27.00 mess. I could have bit them off and they would have looked better. It was my time first there and my last time. I should have stuck with my normal salon! I will say they were nice, clean environment, & the vibe was fine. Maybe the techs were new, maybe they were having a bad bad day. I don't know, but I will not go back.
