Then on the day that I was scheduled to get make up done by her she did not answer her phone or respond to my text. I was very upset. It's ok to choose someone else to do something it's not disrespectful. Kaitlin is VERY unprofessional and I do not recommend her AT All.

They were actually remodeling when I visited, they were rearranging some aspects of the salon to make a better experience for their customers. It was overall very clean and had a relaxing vibe. I actually went with my friend to her waxing appointment. Which sounds weird in hindsight, but she was only getting her legs and arm pits waxed so nothing too personal haha! I've never been waxed, so I wanted to see what the experience is actually like. To my delight her waxing lady is a true delight. Myra was SO sweet and made what could be an uncomfortable (and painful!) experience, really fun and comfortable. We talked about our weekend plans, traveling, and yummy food. She was definitely a joy and I can't wait to make an appointment with her in the future! Overall it was a great experience, a beautiful salon, and very affordable! I would definitely recommend!

She absolutely worked wonders - transforming a matted birds-nest mess into a stylish graduated bob that you'd never know was an emergency cut! Jacq is also lovely and kind, and made my mother feel quite special having her hair done in her hospital room. Her services include hair extensions, makeup, waxing and tinting and party eyelashes, and she does individual or group appointments. She travels with a portable backwash so you really get a touch of the salon in your own environment. I cannot recommend Jacq and her mobile hair styling services highly enough.
