We called ahead asking if they had availability and were told to come in. When we arrived, I was directed to the back... and then left standing there with no guidance. There didn't seem to be any communication between the front and the back, so I just stood awkwardly until someone eventually noticed me and pointed me to a seat. Throughout my visit I watched multiple customers standing around confused about where to go or who to check in with. A simple "we'll be right with you" or a quick instruction would make a huge difference. I was handed a book and told to pick a color. Only later did I learn that the colors in that book cost extra -- something no one mentioned up front. I had chosen the most basic pedicure and certainly wasn't expecting added charges just to choose a polish color. I also asked for polka dots on my toes (I came in with them, so it was clear what I wanted). The first time I asked, the nail tech just stared at me. After she finished the base color, I repeated the request, and she nodded... but then continued without doing them. By the time she was finishing up, I stopped her again to ask, and she still didn't do them. If staff members are unsure what a customer is asking for, someone should jump in and assist -- especially since multiple employees could hear me. My daughter asked for a full set. One tech started, then told her to sit and wait for someone else to finish. After my services were done, we sat at the front and watched two walk-ins (who openly said they had no appointment) get seated immediately, while my daughter continued waiting. After 15 minutes -- and already being there for over two hours -- she decided she would just go elsewhere. Only when we stood to pay were we told she'd be "next," but by then we'd had enough. To top it all off, one of my fresh nails cracked on the side before we even left, and my daughter's shaping (from the little that was done) looked uneven. Then I was charged extra for the polish color I didn't know carried an additional fee -- and I still didn't get the design I asked for. There are too many salons in the area to settle for inconsistent communication, surprise charges, and work that doesn't hold up. I hope they improve, but for now, we'll be going elsewhere.

However, our visit turned out to be quite disappointing due to what appeared to be a lack of experience among the staff members. From the very beginning, it became apparent that the technician assigned to my pedicure was not fully confident in her skills. Throughout the entire session, I observed her repeatedly seeking guidance from her colleague, which not only delayed the process but also raised concerns about the overall quality of the service. I couldn't help but feel uneasy knowing that my technician required constant direction in performing what should be a straightforward procedure. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when my husband ended up sustaining several cuts on his feet during his pedicure. This incident was alarming, and it left us both feeling uneasy. In an attempt to remedy the issue, the technician applied alcohol to the wounded areas, which only added to his discomfort. It was difficult to watch him endure that level of pain, especially during what should have been a soothing experience. As for my own pedicure, there were moments when I had to call my technician's attention to certain aspects of her work, and she ultimately had to redo several parts to meet the standard we expected. While I appreciated her willingness to correct her mistakes, the entire experience felt disjointed and less than enjoyable. Given the combination of our unfortunate experiences--my husband dealing with painful cuts and my own technician struggling to provide a satisfactory service--it's safe to say we left feeling more stressed than relaxed. Regrettably, we both agreed that we would not be returning to this establishment in the future. The whole visit was a far cry from the rejuvenating escape we had hoped for, and it left a lasting impression that has made us reassess our choices for self-care in the future.
