I just love extensions! Shopping for them in a store instead of online, however, gives you such a personalized experience. And, these guys don't disappoint! I have been here twice now and walked out with a purchase both times. The inside of the store is modern and bright. The music is pumpkin'. The staff offers personalized help as soon as you walk in. They help you try hair on, recommend colors, styles, textures, etc. I really needed this. I dyed my hair blonde (DIY style) and didn't know what color hair would match my new locks. I purchased #27 Honey Blonde 18" long clip on extensions. They took an overgrown blunt haircut on thin hair to long locks of fabulous!! In August, they will be opening an in-store saloon. I can't wait. They will be able to cut and style my hair with my extensions on. My only advice, they should be at a different location that offers better walk-in traffic. Unless you were looking for them, you wouldn't casually find them. Make sure to google their address before you go. You can easily miss it. Once you find them though, get ready to put your sexy on. The GOOD:The hair is soft and the hand weft is really flat and gives a natural install. The Cons:that hand weft can't be cut so the install at crown sticks up, since it doesn't fold flat. Their hair blends so well with my natural texture with a braid out or silk press. The hair does not shed AT ALL even after getting it professionally colored. The hair is lightweight and blows with the wind. It has a very natural sheen. The hair not waxy and stiff. I recently purchased beaded wefts. I wanted to get away from the traditional sew-in. I am a professional cosmetologist and have been installing extensions for four years and wearing them for 10. And this is the worst hair I have received from a company. I washed the hair in the bundles and everything looked fine, but I now realized the bundles are packed so tightly you cannot see how thin the hair is. Install was done great but the ends did feel dry which is expected to a degree with curled hair with some color. I wasn't super happy with it but decided to see how the first wash went. I washed and deep conditioned this hair for the first time Monday 8/12 and attempted to round brush it to see the quality, which if it is quality hair there should be no issues. The hair looked frizzy and lifeless. I stopped and braided it loosely and wrapped it how you should with extensions. The hair looks like I've been wearing it for two years and the customer service has not been helpful. Asking me what I'm doing to the hair! As if I don't do this for a living or know what I'm talking about. At one point i was told to scrunch the hair, if it's good hair I should be able to style it, this hair won't even hold a curl!!! They keep reiterating that since I used the hair they cannot refund me. The hair is crap, they have not offered to replace it but instead send me conditioner and a brush, which does not replace my $400 I still have to pay for hair that is not useable. I have yet to hear from the supervisor. And have sent multiple photos now of the poor quality. They have not once offered a solution or the rectify the issue even in the smallest way. Take your business elsewhere hell there's better hair at Sally's. read more

DO NOT get his product! My weft had defective beads that cut into my head. No way to know this until installation occurring. I reached out to the company for assistance in getting refund. ZERO help. This company should be ashamed for not supporting their customers and at least offering to LOOK at the defective beads! Not right. I advised I had disputed my credit card and she then placed me on a hold to let management know. I've been a long time customer but bought some of the tape in extensions and they literally fell apart in my head. After email after email and 5 pictures the customer service rep asked for additional pictures! I have been contacting them since April when I first experienced the amount of shedding in these extensions. I've spent over $1000 on their products and they did nothing to resolve the issue. I received my order within two days, and only paid for standard shipping. That's right, it departed California, and arrived in New Jersey and only two days! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hair I received, since it was priced economically. I purchased four packs of 22 inch tape in extensions in two different shades, to blend with my natural hair and highlights.
