I came to exchange a pair of suit pants purchased online (their online service is AWESOME BTW) and I was surprised at how nice I was treated by EVERYONE. It was the perfect mix of wanting to help and friendly conversation -without intruding too much (I am a very independent shopper.) Yes, most prices are more than I am willing to pay -so become a member, sign up for emails, look for deals & buy out-of-season. TIP: Be sure to check out the clearance section in the corner. On this visit, I found dress shirts for under $5 & sport coats for under $50!

I also had detachable sleeves and she messed up the hidden clasps by sewing everything together so it didn't look right anymore when I had them converted back to detachable. When I called to inform her she shrugged me off and down played it saying she can fix it. I was very disappointed because my initial impression of her was very positive. However, when I brought up getting a partial refund because I had to go to someone else to fix her mistakes, she ghosted me. I had to find someone else to fix everything and thankfully she worked miracles. And I almost forgot, when I was finally picking up my dress, I waited about 45 minutes for her to show up to do the exchange... I love supporting local and small businesses but not everyone knows how to do it correctly.

I went into her bathroom because this business is a her home. Changed my pants into the pants that needed altering. She pins me and draws these measurements on the pants for the waist and the hem. She didnt have my pants ready in time for my trip to Houston. I had to get an alterative outfit. And when i returned and finally forced her to return my pants they were ruined. They still have the tags, never worn. Doesn't say home based when you look her up on yelp.. but anyway. It's yelp ,so I went for it. I gave her chance. She even went out to celebrate her birthday at a place i recommend, used my name, got friends discount. But didn't produce on my pants and didn't try to make it right. Horrible quality of work. Unsatisfactory customer service and more on than scam side than business owner. And no she didn't give me back not one red cent, I pre paid to her.

Not only did she agree to repair the coat at more than a fair price, she had it ready for me the very next morning. Her work was impeccable, she was very accommodating, very professional and friendly. I am so happy I found her and will be using her for all future alterations.
