There was definitely a Language barrier and I tried to show her physically what I wanted done and she seemed to understand and pin it the right way when I showed her what I wanted, but then she did the opposite after I left??? When I came to pick up my items, my clothes were hung all around the store. People were looking at them and examining them and ASKING IF THEY COULD BUY THEM and I feel like if I waited more than a day to pick them up she probably would have sold them?? I do not recommend getting any alterations done here. You won't get what you want, and you won't know that for about a month.

And that brings me to Sister Cho. Sister Cho is Perfect Fit. She's delightful. Find out yourself. I can only opine as to how she tailors a men's suit, but she's consistent, reasonably priced, and efficient for a one woman operation. So much so that I have eschewed other tailors who offer more convenient hours or are on the way to work. Quite simply, a job well done from a kind person whose great at what they do trumps convenience. Yes, I'm a partisan- but the first suit I bought I took here after pricing around Germantown for a few days. And I was happy enough with the service that I haven't felt obligated to look anywhere else. It's off the beaten path, it's humble, and it's well done.

POST WEDDING UPDATE :…read more EVERY SINGLE GROOMSMAN that was fitted at this location on Giacosa Place had the wrong fit in either pants, vest or suit jacket. One groomsman was given broken cufflinks too. This was such a terrible experience that not a single one of the future grooms will ever deal with Men's Warehouse again. One of the groomsman literally had to drive 2.5 hours to another location to pick up the reordered items, directly after the rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. He ended up missing out on all the pre-wedding festivities and being there for his best bud who was getting married the next day. Men's Warehouses inability to properly fit a suit, which is literally THEIR ENTIRE JOB, is what caused so many of the guys to have a ruined day and night. When you're paying so much money for a rental, you shouldn't have these issues, ESPECIALLY THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. At least 2 of the groomsmen specifically mentioned the manager Natalie being there or being the one to fit them for their suits, which still arrived the wrong size. To whoever reads this that is associated with Men's Warehouse, here's some advice. When a person places an order, order a size up and a size down as well. So that people aren't left stranded the day before an important day. It's not hard to get measurements right, for most people at least. Since clearly the people at this location can't measure anything. When I came in to drop off the suit, the woman who took the bags also just wanted me to put them on the rack and leave. I refused to leave before getting a return receipt because this store cannot be trusted.
