When I called to inform her she shrugged me off and down played it saying she can fix it. I was very disappointed because my initial impression of her was very positive. However, when I brought up getting a partial refund because I had to go to someone else to fix her mistakes, she ghosted me. I had to find someone else to fix everything and thankfully she worked miracles. And I almost forgot, when I was finally picking up my dress, I waited about 45 minutes for her to show up to do the exchange... I love supporting local and small businesses but not everyone knows how to do it correctly.
