My friend went to get her gel removal and the worker filed her nail down until there was a hole. She had to go to urgent care and the wound is still there. Terrible service, do not come here
went in for a $35 manicure, super happy with the results! lots of staff members! I was in a quiet mood so I primarily had my focus on the news channel that was on, but I was really impressed with how quick and simple the process was (this is only my second time getting my nails done, first time at this location!) will definitely be returning again for my next gel manicure
idk what is up with the current rating of this salon! easy 5 stars from me. fast and great quality acrylic set. absolutely STUNNING options to choose from and techs are obviously skilled and work quickly with fabulous results. honestly can't wait to go back and try another one of their gorgeous options!!
We walked in and were given a 30 minute window to come back for 2 pedicures and manicure. I like the cleanliness of the pedicures with the plastic liners in the basins and autoclave materials. The ladies were nice and professional and did a great job on our nails. My mom also had waxing done and was pleased with the results.
Haven't gotten my nails done for almost half a year and decided to get acrylics again just cause the new year new me vibe. I usually go to the downstairs one but they had such a long line I came to the upstairs one. The lady who did my nails was pretty fast at applying the nails and doing the powder thing but when she got to the gel polish part I think that's when I started to get a little upset. The color turned out fine but there were air bubbles between the 2 layers of polish and I didn't notice until I left. And it wasn't just on one nail it was on 4 out of 10 nails that ended up peeling off after 5hrs of getting them done. I don't know how that happened but I know it's Not supposed to be like that. I called to get it fixed and was told I can go any time to get it fixed, went and was told I had to come another day cause she was busy and has other people waiting in line. So I had to come the following day to get it fixed. Only nice thing about it was the lady, Not my nails.

Honestly y'all, this place may have bad reviews but I came in for a full set of holographic nails last night and they did a perfect job. First of all, I called like six other salons and none of them had holographic or chrome options. I was kinda frustrated but I walked into perfect fingers just out of curiosity and they had a bunch of different colors and styles to choose from and seated me right away! I've been to salons with four star ratings here in San Francisco that could not compete with Ivonne. The shape, color and style are perfect and it was only $60 for a full acrylic set with holographic gel (usually $75-80 anywhere else). I'm very happy with my experience
To be honest, i come here for the convenience. Also, it is right next to Regis where i get my hair done and Hollywood Eyebrow where i get my eyebrows threaded too so i'm really just lazy as Sh*t. I have no shame. I usually come every other week for a new set or a fill. Love the colors they have for gel and i never leave with my nails less than perfect. (I tip pretty well, too.) Sorry for the folks who have left here with bad experiences. Can't say the establishment is clean as they should be. I've definitely been to high end nail salons with floors so clean you can eat off of. At the end of the day you cant expect much from something inside a mall. $35 for a full set with regular polish, $10 more if you want gel/shellac.
My friend and I planned a spontaneous shopping trip together and she wanted to get her nails done. She wanted me to get my nails done as well so I wouldn't have to wait around for her to finish and I agreed to since it's been at least 2 years since I've gotten my nails done. Arriving to the store in Stonestown, it was pretty busy at the time, but they still sat us down within the first 5-10 minutes after telling the nail technicians what we wanted. One of the ladies said that my friend and I would be able to sit next to each other, but we sat at different rows due to the availability of technicians at the time. I didn't mind, but meh. Anyways, I told the technician that I wanted almond nails and she agreed to do them. She first matched the fake nails to my real nails, then later applied pink acrylic to the top so that she could put the gel polish color that I wanted. Originally, I just wanted regular nail polish, but she insisted I get gel polish since it lasts a bit longer. I found this color that I really liked, which is a grayish taupe color. While she was filing down my nails, I think she forgot that I wanted almond nails and she just gave me stiletto nails. At first, I didn't notice but when I started to look at my nails, they looked like claws. There's only 1 out of 10 fingers that look like an almond shape.. Everything else just looks like a stiletto. Later on when it was time to put some some oil on my nails, she accidentally dropped the nail polish top onto the ground and proceeded to put the nail polish together and put it away. I think she should have at least washed it off before putting the top back on. That's unsanitary. So after I was finished getting my nails done, the total came out to be $45 + $5-6 tip. I felt like they rushed my nails because 1. the nail polish was not even on some of my nails, 2. the nail technician didn't even paint some of the sides of my nails, 3. THERE'S A PIECE OF BLACK FUZZ ENCAPSULATED WITHIN MY NAIL. The nail technician was nice, but I don't think I'll be coming back here to get my nails done.
Went there for a French manicure. On sign it says 25 Dollars. I said I want a FRENCH MANICURE. I never had ome before. At the end I was charged 40 dollars. I told them that I asked for French manicure and they gentleman said I got gel and French. That's completely incorrect. I barely gave a tip. The lady doing it was nice. But I domt like how I was charged like that. The guy said he should've charged me 45 because I didn't wait in line. Uhh yes I did. I waited 15 min for my turn. He acted like he was giving me a discount and doing me a favor. You were not doing me a favor. French manicure job ok.
Always get my lash extensions here by Linda. She works pretty quickly too, so it never takes too much time. My lashes usually last 3-4 weeks, which is great!
Pink and white ombré. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get really good work and sometimes I'm very disappointed. I go here because I get off work late and there the only open in my area.

I come here every two weeks for my nail fills, they're always super crispy and well done! Today I finally switched from acrylic to gel/builder gel. They came out SO cute, not too bulky, and feel sturdy. I'm not sure how Perfect Fingers has less than 4 or 5 stars! read more

I am surprised at the rating for this salon. I've been going here for years and they've always been friendly, prompt, and my main and pedi are always on point. They also have a wide selection of chrome colors and other fun colors that I've never seen at any other salon. I always know I'll get a great mani and pedi here, and will continue to be a customer! read more

Bellow a star, if you want to get long acrylic nails run so far from this place. they can't shape them right at all and loaded up acrylic on the nail it looked like i had batteries on top. I had to ask them to file 3 times to get the shape you can see in the pictures. i asked for a french tip and the lines were so uneven and they stained my nails light pink with the top coat. I ended up bleeding because they put so much acrylic that it got all over my fingers and they peeled it off which cut open my skin. Don't even get my started with the french tip they did on my toes it was just a crooked thin line. I forget the name of the lady that did my fingers but it started with an S. Left crying and paid full price. read more

I moved to San Francisco last year for my college studies and have been going to Perfect Fingers for acrylic full sets, gel manicures and pedicures. They have done amazing nails for me. I believe that they give affordable prices and a variety of colors/designs to choose from. I usually get assigned with Judy or Tina, which both give excellent service. I don't ask for them (which you can) I just get assigned to them mostly. Honestly, I don't know why people on yelp are harsh with this salon, I gave it a try and always got great nails. I got their newest addition of holographic nails and girl...it boosted my self esteem even more.I love them. read more

I'm utterly pissed and disappointed. I went into this salon for a fill in. Let me start by saying my previous nails only had design. I could see my nails before they touch them everything was fine. I'm very particular about my shape so I'm always looking at my nails during the process. I had a lime green polish at the end of this appointment. Well I had my nails on for about two weeks. My thumb lifted so I took it off only to discover a green tint to my own nail. I'm concerned at this point. So I start looking at my other nails and I could tell they was at least two other nails with a problem. I took two of them off to find my nail was BLACK and GREEN. I was mortified. I called the salon they asked me to come in. The artist all of a sudden don't know me. She didn't do my nails. Pissed me off. The guy at the counter recommended me taking my nails off. I did. I have four nails with fungus. They drilled my nails all the way down to try to buff the fungus off my nails. To the point where it hurt and I jerked my hand from the tech. They removed the black but most of the green remains. NeVer ever will I ever go this salon again and I will NEVER go to a salon without checking their reviews read more
Girls- ask for Stephanie. Everyone else will leave you angry! Call ahead of time as she's usually booked. And it's because she's the best one here. I'm supppper picky about my mani pedis, esp since my mom has done nails since she came to America (1980!) so it has to be perfect and Stephanie's gel polish REALLY lasts 2-3 weeks. Don't settle for anyone else here, that's where the 1 star reviews are from! read more

Horrid. I came here after my lab ended at SF State and didn't want to sit through traffic. The lady I got, I don't remember her name, but she was horrible. I sat next to someone who started before me and finished before she did. My cuticles grew out ugly and I felt like she just slapped the gel polish on. It's already peeling after 2 days. One completely peeled off. Also, I went through 3 colors they didn't have so I ended up choosing between two alternatives they gave. Also I came and showed her a design which she "forgot" to do. I knew she was forgetting and didn't even care at the end bc I didn't want to be disappointed with it in the end. I will not return again. $30 is too much for this place. I pay much less for a place that is cleaner and pays way more attention to detail. read more

HORRIBLE! OMG.. If I can give them less than 1 stars I would!! I don't know about you girls, but I think it's ridiculous to have to pay $5 to get your cuticles removed when doing a mani-pedi. All the other places that I've ever been to have never charged for that because it was a part of the service... If your place is really THAT good, sure I'd pay a little extra for a cuticle trim, but if you suck balls like these guys do .. uh .. hell no. Also, this place will NOT help you soften up your cuticles before cutting them. They just cut them straight off your nails and then use a brush to brush off the excess. My nails look worse than Medusa's and it is nowhere near cute ... why are you guys still open?!?!?!! I paid $60 for this in total and there is no way I am ever going back ... GIRLS! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! DO NOT COME HERE! Don't make the same mistake I did ... save yourself half that amount by going to another nail salon that does the job right. The ladies here are far below mediocre. Most horrible experience ever. There's another nail salon in this same mall, you're better off going there than here. A side note for "Perfect Fingers": You should consider changing your name to "Perfectly UGLY Fingers". read more

I made an appointment didn't get seen till 30 mins later. The only reason why I went here is because they're open late. This lady with short red hair helped me. She did a lazy ass job at French tip.. never going back. There's still left over blue from the polish she didn't take off right. This is probably the worst French I've ever had in my life. Plus, she told me it was $35 them later she told me $40. Evil lady. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix my nails. read more

I wish I could give no stars, because this was by far the worst nail service I have EVER experience. First off, the lady who started my nail was explaining to me that who did my pervious nail didn't do a good job, no shit which is why I'm at your shop. Second, this lady cuts nearly all my fingers! Tells me "don't jump if I hurt you" of course I'm going to fucking jump, it hurts! Third, I asked her to shape it the way I showed her on a picture. My left hand looked great. Once I looked back at my right hand, it looked like she rushed her service because my right thumb nail looked nothing like my left as well as my middle finger. The way she applied the gel was horrible, because you can see the streaks and dents she had left. AND THEN, the worst part she leaves oil on all my fingers and tells me okay $45 and I said what am I suppose to leave it on my hand? How am I going to pay you with all this oil all over me? Mind you that shit was stinging sooo bad. Tipped her $2 never coming back. Oh and I figured why they suck, they're friends with the owner at classy nails in serramonte mall. They suck as well too, but this place was just mediocre. Open for 25 years my ass. Everyone, turn around when you see this spot, save yourself! read more

Pretty good place. Still had gel on my nails and Helen took them off with no problem. I was charged $30 for everything. Got seated pretty quickly and took an hour or so. The place isn't the cleanest place and can use some tidying up. The nails look shiny and clean! read more

So this is the second time I've come here and gotten horrible service and extremely poor quality. The first time I couldn't really complain because it was a gift from a friend- but i got Gel Nails, and they peeled one week in. Only reason i went back- my mistake- was because i was about to take a flight and was in a crunch. It was close to closing so again my fault- but i needed the manicure. I requested a full set and a pedicure but they couldn't work that out among the technicians so i ended up with just the full set. The technician talked me into getting shellac polish wish ok fine this was for a 2 wk trip to NYC so why not. I kid you not! Three days into my trip my nails start peeling and ungluing from my nail bed. I don't recommend this place for anything not even in a pinch! read more
