I've gotten by eyebrows threaded for years, but this was by far my worst experience ever. I had spent a few months growing out my eyebrows and told the lady to please clean up my brows, not shape them, and make sure they are kept straight. What was the result? Not only did she completely thin them out, she made them noticeably uneven; the left eyebrow is arched and the right eyebrow is straight. I'm having to fix this every day, which has made me very unhappy. I came here to make myself look more groomed, not to fix their mistakes. NEVER coming here again. read more

I just had my first experience at Perfect Eyebrows and it was amazing. Asmita took me right away and she did an awesome job. I went to Brow Art 23 for over a year and while they did a good job it was nowhere near Asmita's work. Within one day I already had 3 people tell me how great my eyebrows look. She does a great job at shaping your brows for your face shape. The best part is when you visit the salon you check in with your phone number and for every 10 threadings you do, the 11th one is free! Went on a Sunday afternoon and was taken care of before I could even think to ask the price ($12). Overall a great job in the brows. One star taken off because she didn't ask what I was looking for and pretty much immediately started working on the brows. I was uncomfortable because how would someone know what I'm looking for if I've never been there? I quickly told her a clean up only. Also-- mentioned it was my first time with threading and had no idea what to expect. Soon I found myself awkwardly trying to hold parts of my eye area stretched out so she could thread, as I was not exactly sure what I was supposed to do. I am very picky when it comes to my eyebrows. I usually have my mom do my eyebrows because she's the only person I trust with them. She does it exactly what I ask her. My mom had head surgery and can no longer do my eyebrows because it's too much pressure on her eyes. Today was my first time at Perfect Eyebrows, I wanted to give them a chance. I was always skeptical about brow threading at the mall. I have thick eyebrows and I don't like my eyebrows thinned out too much. I usually like a cleaning with a slight arch. Asmita definitely met my expectations. She listens to you, takes her time and will make sure you are satisfied with her work. I had my eyebrows waxed at a random nail salon a while ago and they made my eyebrows look like distant relatives rather than twins. Last time I came here I was over charged for a service I didn't receive, I called the same day and was told the next time I came in that they'd charge me $4 for my service because that was the difference they owed me. I have texts from whomever I spoke to on the phone, but it was a total hassle to get the ladies to understand what I was saying. I had a $5 off coupon on my receipt that I obviously wanted to save since I couldn't use it for a $4 service, but they ended up giving me a duplicate coupon that I saw them give out to the lady who checked out prior to me. So, your idea of letting me keep my coupon is giving me one that I was going to get anyway? I should've had $10 worth of coupons but only had $5. Whatever, regardless that's not why I'm updating my review to 1 star. Last time I was here they wrecked my eyebrows shape and I had burns and cuts around my eyes from a nasty job and I was hoping this visit would be better but I had the same thing happen again. Cuts under my eyes and really awful totally uneven shape! I was too annoyed to say anything because it's not like they could do anything after they totally butchered half my eyebrows and now I have to wait until it grows back.
