Kavita is the best! These quarantine eyebrows definitely needed to be threaded immediately and she took her time to take care of them and leave them looking well groomed. Kavita wore a mask and the thread was only in her hands, compared to regular threading which involves the thread in the mouth. They are taking walk ins and have a great beeper system going on. I started going here after getting tired of the inconsistency of the eyebrow ladies at pentagon mall. So far I am happy. Every time I go, they leave my eyebrows looking good even though my eyebrows have different shape (the left has less hair than the right but they make them look as even as possible). I wish they would take appointments. I also like the fact that they give a discount if you pay with cash. The parking lot is a nice feature since you can not find free parking almost anywhere in Arlington. The only thing I do not like is the type of lights they have in the threading room, it's so bright it bothers my eyes even when I got them closed! -or maybe is the huge window facing the parking lot, not sure what but something bright in the room makes me cry A TON -it's not the threading!! read more

I usually go there and Sarika does a great job. Went again 3 days ago after a long break. Kavita the owner herself is working now. It was super easy- went there, they got my name gave me a buzzer and asked to to wait in the car. Called me in when my turn came, masks required once you step inside. I still can not get over how much of my eyebrow is missing. The amount of hair that was pulled off after having a full discussion regarding the eye brow is insane. I really recommend that you do not go here if you want even eye brows. If you want thin not matching eyebrows then it's your place. read more

I went here Wednesday evening. Terrible! I've had my eyebrows threaded for 6 years...never this bad. First, she started with my left brow. Never had anyone start on that side. Second, she went fast, the result was not the best. My eyebrows were uneven, one arched the other round and I have a hole where she pulled out too many hairs on right side. I asked her to fix the unevenness which she tried to convince me weren't uneven. I just cut my loss and left. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows done on a Friday around 5pm. They don't do appointments but I was seen immediately which was nice. I just asked for a clean up and she did a really good job and was pretty quick (I was probably in there for less than 10 minutes). 5 stars for the service but overall 4 stars because their website prices are not correct. Online it says eyebrow threading is $10 but I was charged $15 before tip. Even still, a fair price for the area and I'll probably be going back! read more

I needed a brow clean-up before heading out of town the next morning and had to bypass my usual threader before my gym class thanks to one horrific t-storm, complete with grape sized hail. My spot was closed after class, but I found this location of Perfect Eyebrows and made it over, sweaty and disheveled, about 25 minutes before closing. The place was clean, well-lit and appointed, and Sarika (sp? I believe that was her name), didn't bat an eye. She immediately took me in and sat me down (she threads your brows in a room separate from where clients first walk in, unlike a lot of other places, which was nice), and pooh-poohed my embarrassed apologies about showing up in sweaty workout clothes & even gave me wipes for my face. Apparently, a lot of Gold's Gym (same parking lot) members have had the same idea. She did a fantastic job; admittedly, my brows are pretty low maintenance, but she did exactly what I asked and just cleaned 'em up and followed my arches. She was surprisingly quick for being so accurate, and she managed to be friendly and converse for the 10-15 minutes, tops, she worked on me. No irritation, and days later, no bumps. What more could I ask for from a last minute drop-in after sweating for an hour? Oh! I was charged $2 more than I usually pay, but the late visit and the easy off-street parking would have made it worth it - only I checked in like a good yelper, and Sarika made sure to give me my discount. BEWARE, however, of the overzealous tow trucks in the area - they do not play around!! I had been in the shop maybe 5-10 minutes when a random guy strolled in and abruptly asked, by make and model, whether the car around the corner was mine. When I affirmed it was, he responded he wanted to double check because he was getting ready to tow it out of the lot. Just **make sure** that you park over by the shop itself (not just generally in the lot), and if you park on the side of the building, confirm that the split railing that edges your parking space is labeled as Perfect Eyebrows parking. Sarika said the towers regularly patrol the lot, literally hovering around, waiting for customers who miss the signs and park in sections of the lot marked (or not) for the various other businesses that surround Perfect Eyebrows. read more

Every time I go in to get my eyebrows and lip cleaned up the ladies do a phenomenal job. They always listen for what I expect and I get them shaped as well and the ladies pull it off. This is a terrible place. There was only one person doing the eyebrows here. She did a very ok job. We had a bit of a back and forth but that wasn't even the problem. She was actually complaining about it to another customer who was waiting to go next. Obviously that customer had grievances about waiting too long since there was only one person to provide threading services. But it was just so freaking pissing off to have me rushed out and have the threading lady complain about it right when I was still around. This review is solely based on a girl named Sarika. But I guess the entire place will get screwed by the review since this is the first one. Let me start by saying that I've been going to this threading kiosk for years. I've always had a good experience and they do the best job of the places I've tried in the area. But right now, I am seething. Although, you couldn't tell since my eyebrows now offer no expressiveness whatsoever. Sarika threaded my eyebrows down to a THIN LINE. I have a scar in the middle of my eyebrow where hair doesn't grow. So you wouldn't see the scar, Sarika chose to get rid of ALL of the hair above my scar. And matched the other side. Did you see the episode of Friends where Joey gets a botched eyebrow wax? Ummm yea. What's worse is that she implied it was my fault because the scar was in the way of me growing eyebrow hair. I paid for the service without a fuss, but now I'm pissed at myself for not saying more. She also had really bad breath, which is not meant insult her, but is something that threading customers may want to know about a person whose face is going to be really close to theirs... read more
