He came out and let me know exactly what needed to be done to access the dent and pop it out. Since it involved opening panels and removing the rear taillight, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Jose couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about this. He didn't even charge me for coming out, and didn't seem disappointed at all about me not proceeding. This is the true mark of a great businessman who understands customer service! The one other place that did say they could do it would've charged me over $2k. Dent Kings replied saying they could do it well under. They responded very quickly and were out here when I was able to get them. I showed them the damage and then an additional area, the back driver door, I wanted fixed. They were able to do both. They were finished in about 4ish hours. Everything looked great and they didn't increase the original quote even after doing the additional work. My only caveat I would say is that it does need some more clear coat. You can feel that it's more dull than the areas of the car that do have clear coat and in some lighting you can really see the difference. However, for the price, the customer service and the response time, I can't complain. I have another car I'll call them out here to do some work on and I wound t be surprised if they offered to touch up this one as well.
