Every time I need large or small jobs done, they always make time to get on the job quick where it's common for landscapers to push the smaller jobs down the road and make them low priority. He went to the store with me and my wife and took time to help us the product for our need. He actually made a couple of trip and patiently educated/informed us on our many questions. The reason I am very impressed by his customer service and writing this review after so many years is due to a recent interaction. Recently, I had bulge in one section of the pavers. I called him for that and rather than dismissing me by saying it's out of warranty, he said that he will come and take a look. He stopped by with his workers, dug up the spot and showed me that it was due to a root coming from trees from outside my house. He fixed the entire thing and didn't charge me anything. To top the deal, he added some sand between the pavers as there were some wear and tear over the years. All at no cost to me.
