We have recently completed a full landscape at our home (front and back yards at the same time)…read more We were working with Village Nursery in Orange for plants and asked for advice on landscape installation. The manager at Village Nursery highly recommended AJ Horticulture and Accent Lighting and Sprinklers, both owned and operated by Alex Franco. I'm so glad she did, I can't imagine how we would have done it without Alex and his guys! We were working under a VERY short timeline and Alex had different crews working on our project for a week to assure that all the work would be done in order to meet our event deadline. Design, irrigation. lighting, landscape they do it all ... and do it well! Alex has 20 years experience so he had great ideas for us when we were unsure but was also great about working with us on elements that were important and even some decisions with which he disagreed. He kept saying "I just want you to be happy" and I really believe that is true. Best of all, he and his crew worked hard to make sure that both the process and the outcome was happy for us. Alex is an EXCELLENT communicator by phone, text and in-person, so you always know what is going on, where the project is in development and how much things will cost. The installation crews are competent and hard working, and Alex is onsite everyday overseeing the work. When the work was completed they emailed instructions for upkeep, fertilization and long-care of our new landscape. I can't say enough good things about AJ Horticulture and Accent Lighting and Sprinklers. If, like us, you are looking for an exceptional company that can do it all, look no further, you won't be disappointed. If there were more than 5 stars I would have given them. A+ for AJ and Accent!

A+++ all the way! I highly recommend Landscape Plus. I've been wanting to renovate my backyard for…read morethe past few years and when I finally decided to take the plunge, I reached out to several landscaping companies in the area for an estimate, including Landscape Plus. I wanted to choose the contractor based on: 1) fairness/transparency of the estimate, and 2) whether the owner will be onsite every day to check on the work and progress, and 3) how many jobs the owner takes on simultaneously. I ultimately decided to go with Froy + Landscape Plus because he not only provided the best estimate but he struck me as a really genuine, trustworthy person, and I loved his philosophy of taking on only one job at a time for the best quality outcome. Because the reno approval process with my HOA took such a long time, there was actually quite a bit of a time gap between the initial estimate and when I could begin the work, but Froy was incredibly patient with me and was still easily reachable whenever I had questions or updates. I did my entire backyard, including a full demolition of existing pavers, built-in barbeque/kitchen, gas fire pit, and huge retainer walls that wraps around the entire yard, and re-tiling the whole floor with a new fire pit. Froy and his crew actually finished earlier than the initial estimated timeline, which really pleasantly surprised me. Every day, Froy and crew always showed up on time, respected our property and cleaned up after themselves, and Froy gave me very frequent updates on how things were going, what was going to happen the next day, etc. I also did not run into any surprise additional cost of any kind (other than what I added on my end, and even those additions were very fairly priced.) Last but not least, even when the work was all completed and the entire invoice was paid for, Froy came back a few times at my request to help return leftover materials + add extra lights. Froy is very dedicated to each project he takes on, and will go that extra mile -- he will not leave you hanging until you are completely happy and satisfied with the outcome. I'm so happy with the way the yard turned out, but also extremely pleased with how smooth the entire proccess was. If I had more backyards to renovate, I would 100% choose Froy again and comfortably recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Froy!!!

We have had Newland Landscape come out to our house for several different projects over the years…read moreand we have been happy with the outcome each time. Roland was our contractor and he gave us very reasonable estimates and stayed within budget and stuck to the timeline. They did artificial turf in our front yard and added a concrete step pathway to our front door. We were extremely happy with the way it turned out. They also did a waterfall feature in our backyard which did have a few issues, like the motor going out several times. However, every time we reached out to Roland, he followed through and sent his guys to resolve the issue. He stands behind his work, and even when the motor stopped working after a year, he sent one of his guys to buy us a new motor and get it installed without charging us for it. We were absolutely impressed with the way this company takes care of their clients and does not give up until the customer is 100% satisfied. Last month, we contacted Roland asking if he could do a small job for us; we wanted artificial turf installed on the small strip of dirt on the other side of our driveway, and even though the job was super small, Roland agreed to take the job. We had gotten another estimate from someone else and Roland's quote was far more reasonable. He sent his guys and they got the job done in two days. Overall, we are impressed with the quality of work, the very reasonable pricing, and integrity of standing behind their work. In all my years of life, I've yet to meet a contractor with the integrity, workmanship, and…read moreprofessionalism that Saloman Garcia has demonstrated. After many unsuccessful attempts of hiring a hardscape contractor, Saloman arrived punctual to provide an estimate for my backyard project. He completed the work timely as promised and left the entire area better than he found it. Impressed with the backyard hardscape, we asked him to start on our front yard. As expected, Saloman is a true artist that loves his work. Unlike previous contractors, he meticulously trimmed and shaped our palm trees without damaging the trees or any surrounding plants. Also, he even cleaned our roof that was full of debris. The most impressive thing about Saloman is that he works on each project with such care and attention to detail as though it's his own house. And unlike some of the other contractors (we got many other quotes), Saloman's prices were very reasonable and lower than all the other contractors. We will definitely keep his number for all future projects. Debated whether to post this review because selfishly we don't want him to get too busy when we call him- but he's too good and amazing for gatekeeping. Really excited that we found him!
