I was there for knee pain and all he did was read over my previous doctor's notes (now retired) and we agreed upon my continuation of the Euflexxa injections for my knee. I was shocked that he never even examined my knee durning my first office visit with him. This appointment was over six weeks ago and I am still waiting on an approval for my Euflexxa injection which usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 weeks for the approval. I have spoken with Cecily at the office for help on two occasions. The first occasion, she said the there is a delay with Optum and could take up to 4 weeks for approval. Please keep in mind that I am in knee pain. When I called again on August 10, 2026, Cecily said that she cannot tell me the status of my medication and would leave a message for the person who could help me. This person who Cecily promised would help me, never called me back. Wednesday of last week, I called my insurance provider in order to help me find out the status of my medicine and we spoke with Karen. Karen promised that we would have the medication by last Friday. Once again, Karen nor any other person called me back from Dr. Nadel's office. As of yesterday, I filed a complaint with my insurance provider and the lack of help with Dr. Nadel and the office staff. How can the office staff here ignore someone who's in pain and not work on getting the medication that I have been using to relieve the pain now for a couple of years. This is unconscionable.

Some folks on here talked about the wait time which I expect at most doctor's offices. They are busy and if they accept insurance, I expect them to be busy. They always apologize if/when it happens but mostly it has been short wait times.

I would like to believe that under normal circumstances they would pay more attention to their patients, answer their questions better, not ignore them, not discuss who doesn't like subway for lunch and laugh when someone is asking a question, throw away a half drank bottle of soda that a kid could just as easily wonder in and drink and get sick from, and on a normal day, probably would not make black and Korean people feel ignored. They randomly requested approval a foot and ankle support brace when they aren't even contracted to do so! The treatment this "doctor" said I needed at the appointment said NOTHING about a brace! Looking into this doctor more and this is deeply worrisome considering there are articles written about his international activities. I'm going to report this to every authority and every review platform. I'm reporting him to the board of medicine. They don't even pick up the phone, I'm highly suspicious of their legitimacy. I became quite a regular at this office as a patient of Dr. Perry this past year. Anyhow, after…read moreyears of struggling with a problematic ankle, I finally had surgery on it done by him and the results have been good so far. Everyone at the office is very kind and dedicated, literally. They are good about checking people for Covid symptoms including taking temperatures. Dr. Perry is great and his diagnostic skills reflect the many years he's been fixing foot and ankle issues. He didn't even need to send me for an MRI and knew what the problem was immediately (MRIs are time-consuming and often unnecessary I've found and insurance often will give substantial pushback before agreeing to pay for them). I went to a few other doctors over the years prior to my finding Dr. Perry and none were real interested in fixing the problem, instead recommending more conservative treatments. I'm glad to have this behind me now! The one thing I would suggest they do is close the doors of the exam rooms. There are a few other doctors who work there, and they work with mostly older people who come in with a litany of complaints that they often loudly bark out. Also, some of them have personal problems that they tend to whine about to the receptionist. Other than that, the office is great. Nice waiting area with automatic doors and usually you can find a place to park near the front door unlike other medical offices where you have to park, walk to the building, take an elevator, walk down the hall, etc. Not real convenient if you're on crutches haha Thanks again guys, I appreciate it!
