I suspected the air vents might be contributing to the problem. Fidel took the time to thoroughly explain how cleaning only one section of the HVAC system wouldn't actually solve the issue because the dust and debris would simply be pushed into other parts of the system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest, and his explanation made perfect sense. Fidel and Licho were both professional, respectful, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took great care in cleaning the areas that needed attention, especially the room that had been affecting me the most. They even showed me the condition of the vents, which confirmed what I had suspected all along. Their attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out. They left everything clean and treated my home with respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality air duct cleaning services. Thank you to Juan, Fidel, and Licho for the outstanding work!
