I went into Scotty's thinking my 2006 ford needed a transmission…read more This was based on an evaluation from a Ford dealership. After evaluating my Ford I was told that there was a Technical Bulletin that came out from Ford several years ago. I am impressed that they did the research to evaluate my car. They told me I did NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION. I only needed an update on the vehicle computer. Here's the numbers. Ford wanted $3500 for a rebuilt transmission. A new transmission was $6000. Final cost at Scotty's $150 to evaluate $250 to upload the new software Total $400.00 Can't say enough good things about this place. Talk about trusting a Mecanic!!! Wall Automotive is NOT that kind of place. The owner Bryan, as well as the men who work there, are consummate professionals and deeply respectful. It feels more like I am dropping off my car at my Uncle's house than a business. They are always friendly, up front with estimates and assessments, and are incredibly transparent about what needs to be done and why. I would recommend this automotive shop to ANYONE. I have nothing but positive things to say. If there were more than 5 stars to give them, I would. I have been there for alignment, brakes, and other small fixes. I highly recommend Bryan and his staff at Wall Automotive.

I've been to Wall for oil changes, brakes, computer issues popping up on my dashboard, and "noises" coming from my vehicles. Their diagnosis is quick & I never feel like I'm getting screwed over. One time, when my car wasn't ready because of a part delay, Brian let me use his own car for a few hours!!!! Who the heck ever does that?!?!! For real, this place is just hands down the best. You can feel confident that they possess TRUST & HONESTY in their business.

When they fix your car it stays fixed because they analyze the problem before they rush in and just fix what they think is wrong. Before they start they know what to do, they explain it clearly and give you a fair estimate, then and only then do they make the repairs. The owner and his wife run the place and they are both professional and friendly. He hires professionals who are helpful and polite and explain what they're doing as they go along.
