I sent him a number of texts and one with a photo showing what is left to be done (put it back like he found it) and he gave me a time he would come back but he was a no call/no show. I reached out to a field manager who sounded like I startled by calling him as he was out of breath and discombobulated and struggled to get his bearings to ask for my address. We hung up and from Sunday (the service date) to Thursday They have yet to call me with any information or service! I hope you get better than I'm getting from them. Good luck!

They make it impossible to cancel or even make payments in an easy, straightforward manner. Super frustrating. I originally thought the person who set up my internet screwed me over, but I guess it's just a very very poorly designed system.
