Amazing Artists!!! I had 2 artists face painting and doing balloon animals for my daughters first birthday. I call them artist because that is exactly what they are. They are not your typical basic face painters. They do art work on faces. I, along with my guests were super happy with their service and performance. Great, fast and patient with a large group of kids. Every kid was able to get their face painted. I definitely will be recommending them to everyone that I know and I will book them again for my next event. read more

We had a great experience with Peppermint Mill and Weni at our daughter's birthday party. She arrived early to set up. She was calm and patient with every child, but still made my daughter feel like a special guest of honor at the party. Similar to the other recent reviewer, I also was asked by many guests "Where did you find her?! She's great!" We had a few more guests than expected and Weni stayed late to make sure no kid went home unpainted. I'll also add that Weni was a great communicator prior to the party. She sent the contract the same day I called her and followed up with an email a few days before the party to confirm that she would be coming. I will recommend her to any friends looking for a facepainter in the future. read more

Weni is the best. I had them for my daughter's 3-year birthday party last week, and it was a big hit at the party (both kids and adults loved their work!). Weni has been extremely professional and responsive from the very beginning when I contacted them for service. Questions/concerns were addressed in matters of hours via emails or phone calls. Elizabeth was the artist who came to the party and did face painting and balloon twisting. She arrived on time, very professional and excellent with the kids. Her balloon twisting skills were amazing! She was able to make literally anything that kids wanted (e.g., Rapunzel, Elsa, Ninja Turtles...). I'd definitely recommend them for their service and invite them back for future parties! read more

They have the absolute most talented artists around. They are attentive and all of the kids loved their work! I wouldn't use anyone else!

I found Peppermint Mill on Yelp and was able to book them for my son's first birthday party. We had Steve as our balloon twisting artist and Astrid as our face painter. They were both GREAT! The kids loved them and were so excited with how their balloons and faces came out! When balloons popped, Steve was nice enough to notice and make the kids new ones! Astrid is great at making custom designs. Whatever you showed her, she could make on your arm, face and wherever you wanted. Surprisingly, the adults at the party wanted some artwork done too! I had to ask Steve and Astrid to stay an extra 30 minutes because of the adults! Steve is great at organizing the kids and keeping me posted on how many people they could do. Weni has great customer service skills and responds in a timely manner through email. I would definitely hire them again for another party! read more

We hired the services of Peppermint Mills this past weekend for our daughter's first birthday party and we are so pleased to have made that decision over other potential vendors. We went with the combo package - face painting and balloon twisting activities for our event since there were over 25 kids with an age range of 1 year to 13 years. Weni selected Elizabeth Lizadoodle as our artist and she was simply great! She arrived on time, was very friendly, and within a few minutes started creating designs that simply awed one and all present. Very creative indeed! After she was done with the face painting for all the kids, she started with balloon twisting and I started seeing Cinderella, frogs, flowers, lady bugs and some other impressive characters - in the hands of some very happy kids who had their faces painted in some amazing designs. My favorite was the iron-man! This certainly has made our event a memorable one. I should also add that Elizabeth stayed over the reserved time and made sure that no one left disappointed. Weni has also been very prompt and courteous in replying to my emails and phone calls. I wish her and Peppermint Mills continued success. read more
