I left and everything was fine with my car until 3 weeks later. I saw my oil pressure light pop on, so I went back to them to see if everything was okay, they checked my car to see if I had any leaks, and refilled the liquids. Everything was fine until a week later, a week later which is today, 2/7/22 the oil pressure light came back on, so I go to the other Kwik Kar location in Bellmead and they tell me there is no oil in my car, they also told me that the oil was never changed and they showed me proof with how dark my oil was. I paid about $65 to get a synthetic oil change and I'm upset because this could've cost me my whole engine after they kept telling me everything was good. I do not recommend this location.

Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug!
