These guys went out of their way to help us in a really bad situation and they charged us the minimum. We were desperate to get back to Austin and they could've taken advantage of that, but they were so kind and fair with their pricing. The person who seemed to be in charge of the shop was very friendly and genuine.

My husband and I totally understand that it takes a while for all the services to be completed and we're okay with that but after the young man that had done the work on our pickup brought in the paperwork and my husband's keys to said young man behind the computer at the counter the said young man turned his back, before calling us up to the counter, for approximately 5 minutes vaping to get his nicotine fix. He finally called our name and the transaction was completed. We didn't appreciate having to wait for his nicotine fix to be done. End of rant.
