    I spent $1517.47 to repair my car. After the repair, the car had more and more problems. When I asked them about it, they said I could drive it safely. But when I went to them again to tell them about the car problem, they said the mechanic was not there and would come next Tuesday to check it for free. When the time came, I went there today and they said it was none of their business. This is a liar and I don't recommend you go there to repair it.

    Beware!!! This place is trying to scam you before Christmas. Had a nail in our tire. Took it to them to fix the flat. While I was there I asked to get an oil change since we were planning on it anyways. Within 30 minutes of drop off William S is calling my phone back to back to tell me that my whole oil system needed to be replace because of a crack and leak in the intake gasket. Oil was apparently everywhere and mixing with coolant. My car wouldn't make it much further and they can't do the oil change until I paid the $1350 to get the whole system replaced (not including the original work I brought it in for). I asked for a picture since I was at work and he said they would have to take apart the whole engine to get that picture. Upset, I told him we did not see any oil on the driveway we park every night and nothing on the dash. That I'm not spending $1350 right before Christmas on an issue like this without getting a second opinion. After I told him to fix the flat and I'll pick up the car as is, William turned and became very short with me. After they fixed the tire he called me 3 separate times to "come get your car, be here before 530" when I confirmed the first time I'll be up after work. When I came in, William S was on one register but I was being helped by his coworker. They had issues pulling up my invoice, then he whispered to William pointing at my screen. William whispered back and then they threw out the first invoice they printed. I paid my bill for the flat and they never not once mentioned this catastrophic oil issue. Got home, checked under the hood and nothing seemed out of place. Took it to get an oil change the next day at a different shop and never mentioned what pep boys saw and they changed it no problem. Never mentioned any leak, crack or oil where it wasn't supposed to be. STAY AWARE FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST, THEIR BEHAVIOR IS WHY MOST PEOPLE DONT TRUST SHOPS.

    I came here the other day because I needed to get one tire replaced and ended up with two new ones. The guy behind the counter checked my car and came back with his recommendations. I appreciated his honesty about just the front tires needing to be replaced because the back ones were fine. I came on a Sunday morning thinking it would be an in and out thing, but turns out that wasn't the case. I was told it would take 2-3 hours before it was done and I was there with my boyfriend and daughter. With nothing else to do, we grabbed lunch 2 blocks over, stopped by the grocery store and came back. They do have a waiting area with a TV and they have free coffee. That's where we spent the last hour before the car was done. Yes, I ended up spending more than l originally expected, but the service and quality was good. My only issue was how long it took to get it fixed, but I also didn't have an appointment. Perhaps that would have cut down the wait.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in to get my battery replaced, which on their website showed the installation as $14.99 and I figured I'd probably have to pay maybe $200-250 for the battery (like my previous hyundai of a similar model). I am fully in the belief that they saw a young woman who didn't know much about cars and tried to get every penny they could out of me. First red flag was that I had a coupon for a free oil change if I made an appointment. He told me that it wasn't valid because I needed synthetic oil so he would only take $30 off the oil change. (The coupon did not state anything about synthetic oil not being included in the promotion in the fine print and he himself admitted that it doesn't say that.) Second Red flag was when he told me that replacing the battery for my Hyundai Accent was going to cost $500. (I previously had an elantra and the battery for that was bout $250) It seemed strange but I figured maybe it's more expensive because inflation and whatnot and I was just like okay I guess. I posted on my social media crying about how much money I was about to spend and the OVERWHELMING response from people with all different types of cars saying that it sounded like way too much money and that I should get a second opinion. I called Pep Boys back and told them this and the guy told me "well we have to special order the batter because we don't have it in stock so that's why it's so expensive". I asked him if he has to special order it does that mean I'll have to pick the car up in a couple days. He told me that they could just order it from their local supplier and it would be there in an hour or so. I told him to hold off on the battery and just do the oil change because if i could find it cheaper somewhere else I'd prefer to do that. He verbally agreed on a recorded line that he would wait. So I called my dad and he said the guy is definitely trying to get as much money out of me as possible. My dad drives a huge GMC truck and he said even his battery wasn't that expensive. I got a call back from Pep Boys as I was on the phone with my dad and the rep told me they had already installed the battery....which he had just told me would take at least an hour to arrive. I pointed this out because at this point it had only been about 20-30mins since I left the place and barely 5 mins since I called him at first when, according to him, it wasn't in stock. It didn't make sense to me that their special order would arrive so fast. He said that it arrived very quickly and his guys had already done the work. Now I'm SURE I can't trust him and he has lied to me about most of what he said previously. In my opinion he was telling me they already did the work because he thought that I would just cave and pay the $500 with the work already done. (My dad found the battery for $250 on autozone & asked a mechanic who said he'd install it for $15) He repeated the reason was because they had to order it plus labor fees (which remember the website had said it was $14.99 for installation). I told him that & he was stumbling over his excuses so much that I couldn't understand what he was saying but essentially the $14.99 pricing was incorrect according to him. It all seemed VERY shady so I told him to pull the battery out & put the old one back in and I would pay for the oil change ONLY. He was VERY clearly upset when I said this and immediately became short with me on the phone but agreed. When I came to pick it up, he had charged me $88 (which remember I was supposed to get $30 off even with his made up rule about synthetic oil) for the oil change and some "shop fees" but at that point I didn't want to argue anymore and he was being very huffy/irritated while I was standing waiting for him to ring me up so I just paid it. He was definitely banking on the fact that I didn't know anything and wasn't expecting me to have someone to call to ask advice. Do your research before going to this location and ladies if you have a male friend, father, brother, etc you can bring, do it.

    Special ordered and prepaid for high performance tires for my 2021 Cadillac CT4-V at the Avalon Park - Pep Boys. When picking up my car after work was completed, my wheels were full of grease that required cleaning to be inspected. Unacceptable appearance considering when i dropped off the car they were spotless and scratch free. The agent said yeah, go clean them and let me know. My concern was accurate, I found all 4 rims with damage. The agent told me nothing could be done until a week later when his manager returns from vacation. He refused to give me the district manager name and phone number, claiming it was against company policy?! They damaged my vehicle and have provided no claim number, no documentation, and No resolution. I will never trust this business with my car again. Such a horrible experience and lack of care for customer satisfaction.

I was quoted a price to replace fuel injectors (Thank God I screen shotted the quote because more money would've been required to continue on). The injectors had been replaced within the last month before I went to Christian (not really a fitting name, but oh well) Brothers. They charged me close to 1200.00 for nothing..I mean nothing. I picked up my car and it ran even worse than before. I took my car to an ASE certified mechanic shop. They figured out the problem in 1..ONE day and repaired it. A simple problem to diagnose and charged me MUCH less to repair. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with Christian (yeah...right) Brothers. There won't be a 3rd.     I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

    Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.
