I ended up leaving extremely distressed. I know my rights under ADA laws, and businesses should know that employees are not allowed to demand documentation or certification for a service animal. While the menu lacks any descriptions, this was essentially a Jenga tower of slightly crusted garlic bread sitting in a rather rich and oily sauce made with presumably a lot of Parmesan or another similar type of cheese. It was tasty and worked to whet the appetite. Soon enough, the steaks and other dishes arrived, with two of our pairs getting the same medium rare temperature and the others getting medium. The portion was large as expected, with the steak being pretty tender. I think the flavor was a bit better than Gallagher's, but worse than Keen's, Delmonico's, Hawksmoor, and a few other places with less funk and a worse crust, but it was still decent. The sides were standard, whether it was the salad, which turned out to be a Caesar, the spinach, or the mashed potatoes. I wouldn't pay full price, as there are several other steakhouses in the city that are tastier at a similar price range, but I would probably recommend this place if you were to get the same deal.
