I love Juice. I've been told this is very 'hipster' of me but I don't care. Why? Because I really love Juice. So, when I find some new juice that excites the juice-neurons to fire at crazy speeds from my tongue to the excitement section of my brain, I get extremely excited and do a happy dance. The first time I tried Red Jacket, I tried Fuji Apple and was sadly unimpressed. It was a little too dry for my tastes and simply tasted to me like extremely fresh apple juice, which in itself is a great thing in a world of overly processed juices. Then, today as I was taking a stroll through Union Sq. Greenmarket, I stopped by the stand and tried the Black Currant Apple juice. To describe this juice as good or great would be an insult for this amazing mix of tart, sweet and signature apple is beyond comparison. I have never had Black Currant Apple juice but I doubt any could compare to Red Jacket's. It definitely sent my juice-neurons skipping through my body. Now I only wish I had gotten the bigger size! read more

I love their fuji apple juice! The Red Jacket Orchard stall (the orchard's upstate in Geneva) is one of my favorite vendors at the Greenmarket, although you can get it at Whole Foods all-year-round. Red Orchard's summer blend and apple/rhubarb juices are also quite good, but Fuji apples are one of my favorite fruits ever: sweet, tart, crisp-- qualities which all successfully transfer over. fuji apple is good. one time i drank half a fermented rhubarb apple juice. didnt taste good and popped like a champagne bottle on my desk at work when i put the cap back on. i called their 1800 number they were so kind and when i brought it back to the stall i got a refund and an apology. stuff like this happens... read more

I used to drink at least 16oz of Bolthouse Farms or Naked juice per day. I recently discovered Red Jacket at the local farmers market and now I'm hooked. All the juices I've tried are great, but my favorite is the Fuji Apple. I also appreciate the ingredient list. On all the juices I've seen it just says "Fruit 1, Fruit 2, Vitamin C" and that's it! The other brands have all sorts of purees and ingredients that I don't recognize or can't even pronounce. Red Jacket Orchard makes the best bottled juice I've ever had. read more

Walked by these guys tent at the market on Monday at Union Square. They were letting people pour themselves a free sample and I tried the grape apple juice. I walked away with my taste buds screaming for more. On an extremely tight budget I went back and bought a bottle because I had to have it. SO GOOD! read more
