Jacksonville FL- 20 min move distance, June 2026. The sales people went over every last piece of…read morefurniture and box that I was going to move and all the square footage and rooms, etc. of my original place and my new place and quoted me around $500. A few days before the move, they called me and had me go over every little detail of everything that was being moved, etc. again even though I had already provided all that information. Still quoted around $500. Move ended up costing $1,200. They insisted on cling wrapping every single piece of furniture, even if it was already padded and then charging for those materials. One of the movers was excellent, fast and efficient even though he stopped for a few smoke breaks. Even he said everybody says that it's way more expensive when than what they were quoted. The other one was a trainee who damaged the new place, clearly didn't know what he was doing and worked at a snails pace compared to the more seasoned mover. I had to chase the company for the insurance to cover the cost of the damage to the wall, and they offered me a very small amount compared to the quote that I got from the painter. Would not recommend this company at all.

You could keep that money and invest on your employees' training who pack the natural flowers vase in a kitchen household box. I had a terrible experience with this moving company, and unfortunately, I am still dealing with the consequences more than two weeks later. On June 12, 2026, two movers arrived at 8:30 a.m. for my move. Shortly afterward, the company called and asked if they could send two additional movers to speed up the process. I trusted their recommendation and agreed. Around 2:00 p.m., I had to leave. Everything seemed to be going well until my wife, who was at our new home, called me after checking our security cameras. She noticed that two of the movers were standing around talking instead of working. Around the same time, my neighbor called to complain that the moving truck was blocking her driveway. I contacted the office, and they apologized. While these issues were frustrating, I considered them manageable. When the movers arrived at my new home, they asked me to pay before unloading, which I understood was their policy. They also informed me that I would be charged until 6:45 p.m. and that any unused time would be refunded if the job was completed earlier. The real problems began after the move was finished. One of the movers, who was professional and courteous throughout the day, informed me that my bed headboard had been damaged and showed me the damage. He also told me that the crew had finished one hour earlier than the time I was charged for. He called the office himself and advised me that I should receive a refund for one hour of labor for four movers ($240), plus an adjustment to the fuel charge, for a total refund of approximately $300. After the movers left, I immediately discovered that my brand-new 75-inch Samsung QLED TV had been severely damaged on the bottom-left corner. When I turned it on, half of the screen was black and unusable. This was a TV I had recently purchased so my family could enjoy watching the FIFA World Cup together. Today is June 27, 2026. More than 15 days after the move, I still have not received my final invoice, and I have not received the promised refund of approximately $300. I submitted a claim for both my damaged bed headboard and my TV. The settlement offer I received was not even enough to cover one-third of the TV's value. I did not accept or sign the settlement because I believe it is unfair and does not reflect the actual damage. I contacted customer service to dispute the settlement. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, my call was disconnected. When I called back, I was told that my claim would be re-evaluated, but they made it clear that there was no guarantee the revised offer would be any closer to the actual value of my loss. The representative repeatedly told me that the settlement was based on the contract I signed, which compensates customers according to the weight of the damaged items rather than their actual value. My response was simple: I trusted this company. I trusted them when they asked to add two more movers to my job. I trusted them to handle my belongings with care. I never expected that they would damage my brand-new TV and then tell me that its value was determined by its weight. I also requested my invoice. I was transferred to another department, where I was told they were short-staffed and that my invoice would be sent the following day. That was over a week ago, and I still have not received it. More than two weeks after my move, I still don't have my invoice, I haven't received the promised refund, and my claim remains unresolved. This entire experience has completely broken my trust in this company. From the damaged property and broken promises to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I have spent more time chasing answers than enjoying my new home. Based on my experience, I don't recommend this company.

Normally this is something my wife and I would just handle, and maybe recruit some friends...but she was 8 month pregnant at the time and I wouldn't let her pick up anything heavy. So we turned to a moving company. After reading through review for several companies, and excluding ones that weren't available on the upcoming weekend we landed on Jaguar movers, and I'm super happy with our choice. The initial communication with them was very professionally, they gave us all the details we needed, and followed up with any questions we had. On the day of the move both Cory and Waymon showed up a few minutes early, did a walk through of the house, and then got right to work. My wife and I had packed up most of the stuff already but they wrapped up anything that might get damaged in any way. At the new house they were patient while we pointed out where everything went, and were super careful putting things down on the hardwood floors. To top the entire experience off; a very small support piece from an Ikea piece got misplaced in the move and none of use could find it. We looked through the truck and I really feel like Cory and Waymon did a great job looking for it. Even though we couldn't find it, it must have been in the truck somewhere because the next day they drove back to our new house to return it! Overall I was highly impressed with both Cory and Waymon, and Jaguar Movers as a whole, and would recommend them to anyone else looking to move.

I made my hopefully final move into a house and scheduled them for 9am. I called around 9:20 to find out where they were, no one had contacted me. Said there was a personal emergency and it would be 10:30. 11 rolls around, still nothing. I call again because they are not keeping me updated, they finally arrive around 11:30. It took over six and a half hours, constant complaints of how a third guy wasn't sent, they didn't wrap anything other than my tv, and actually broke off some of the brick on my steps at my new place for how rough they were being with my belongings. And after all that.... A 5% discount. Please do not use Jaguar moving. You and your furniture deserve much better.

Our move was a long distance move from Jacksonville FL, to Melbourne FL. and when asked, they had no problem with the long distance move. Secondly, when the day came to move, they were prompt and again, communicated their arrival time and were there actually a few minutes earlier. They started immediately after walking thru the entire home to lay out their plans and how they wanted to load the truck. Every box I packed was taped and labeled to the area that the box will go to in our condo in Melbourne, and they had no problem making sure each box brought in was in the location I needed it to be. If I needed to change the location, they were courteous and obliged. They work very diligently and each fragile marked item was handled with care, nothing broke during the move! They set up our beds for Master and Guest rooms and made sure I was satisfied with the location. Thirdly...the condo we were moving into had two flights of stairs, one on the exterior and one that went up to the living room. Not once did they cringe when they saw the steps, but again, rapidly expedited every box and piece and never complained at all! Moving is a tedious and stressful thing to do and Assembly & Moving Services were the exact moving company we needed. I cant stress enough to other that need moving help....BE READY FOR THEM, BE ORGANIZED, AND MOST OF ALL, HAVE EVERYTHING BOXED OR WRAPPED, LABELED, AND TAPED UP, this will make your move and their move efficient and run smoothly! When we were done with the move they cordially thanked us for using their service and we told them we would highly recommend them to everyone we meet in Melbourne. They are very affordable and won't add any hidden charges to you. They supply their truck (we used a 26-foot truck), their dollies, shrink wrap, blankets, etc. etc. We didn't have to rent our own truck and then worry about returning it. We had two people in this move, one being the owner himself and the other just as cordial as the owner! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SEARCHING HIGH AND LOW FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE! THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY AND SO IS YOUR BACK!!! This is an honest review from a previous customer for move date: Jan. 30 2025.
