A client of mine wrote a check to which I decided to come to the bank of the check and lo and behold they said I need to provide my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to cash the check because they "needed to create a profile" which loosely translated into " we need our corporate numbers to reflect an inaccurate number of new members" which will in essence generate a false sense of growth nationally. Sounds a lot like --stock manipulation -- To which I will be submitting a report at the appropriate government level. Which hopefully will turn into an investigation.

It is an investment advisory center dressed up to look just like a branch. The ATM rarely works so I went inside to ask about it because I was interested in making deposits and getting change for my business and I was met with the rudest most condescending people I have ever run into. I was thoroughly shocked at the way they treat customers who have the misfortune of mistakenly walking in there. I thought about that for a few months and decided I would give them another chance. I went there again to see if I could speak with somebody about correcting a situation where a large check was bounced on my business by another chase customer. They turned me over to the Manager who made me feel as if I had committed a crime by having a check bounced at my business. Thank You Chase....you chased away another good customer.

There was one time that they double charged a check which nearly sent our balance into the red. I didn't especially like the way they answered questions on how that could have occurred. But that was years ago. Like I said most everything goes very smoothly with them. Today I stopped in to take some $20 bills and change them to larger bills for some holiday gifts. The teller gave me the 3rd degree about it. Needed to ID me and verify that I have an account there and asking why I needed to do this. Once she found out that I was a good customer for many many years and who I said I was she made the transaction. So I asked if I was just stopping in as a visitor in town and needed to change out some bills they wouldn't do the transaction? Three hundred bucks makes you suspect someone is money laundering or something? It was a huge service turn off. Huge. You should treat everyone well not just when you find out how much you're making off them (i.e. account balance)

However I think they're trying to grow too fast or can't keep up in some way. In order to get anything done, big or small, you'll be waiting on the phone for at least 30 minutes. The chat feature they have on their app is impossible to use on your phone, which is a huge bummer because 50/50 chance a member will be trying to get help via their phone. Overall just pretty bummed out by Genisys and their customer support.

Yesterday, Thursday Credit Union One had an ATM machine down, and the other drive up lines were too long with customers waiting, so I chose this one. THEN I came back today for some quick cash for the weekend. This establishment did not charge me a fee because I am a credit union member at another credit union which is a nice connection to offer a free service. Strange though instead of putting your card in sideways you have to put your card in front first. I was happy yesterday Thursday July 19th and this morning to withdraw some cash for lunch and the weekend. Drive up ATM is mounted flush to the building wall.. drive around back and it has a covered overhang during weather conditions. Sounds perfectly fine, quick and fast to me as a back up plan for Moolah or Mad Money, Located on 22 Mile Road and Hayes Road
