The tellers are friendly and always accommodating. I can call with a question on my account and I speak to someone in Michigan. Very professional and courteous service. I know this branch goes the extra mile and so does the Ferndale location; the branch at Maple and Telegraph is very slow and not as friendly.

When you are greeted with a smile, it makes a different in your day. It's extremely cold outside and those warm smiles are welcomed. For Aaron Milenbaugh at the Warren location, I would like to say, your welcomed smile on a cold day was AWESOME. Your professionalism was so cool. No long wait in line and your assistance with my transaction was great. In a uncomfortable world we're living in today, being greeted with warmth and grace and walking out with a smile on my face was very refreshing. Keep up the Great work at this location, you guys/girls are really truly appreciated. Thank you again Aaron.

I contacted the loan department and they were extremely rude and got angry so fast. I am new to all this and was hoping to find a place willing to work with me and help me start with all this loan nonsense. My wife and I were casually looking at houses and weren't necessarily planning to buy anytime soon…read more Then one day, I came across a house on Zillow that I simply couldn't pass up. I immediately called my realtor and he connected me with Alex to see if he could get us approved for the property as quickly as possible. Alex dropped everything and worked incredibly hard to get my wife and me approved as fast as possible. We were able to go see the house, but ultimately decided it wasn't the right one for us. However, from that moment on, I knew I wanted Ross Mortgage in our corner when we found the right home. For someone to go above and beyond for people he had just met really showed us the kind of person Alex is and the kind of company Ross Mortgage is. I had worked with other mortgage lenders in the past, and the experience was completely different: frustrating, stressful, and honestly dreadful. Polar opposite of what it was like to work with Alex and Ross Mortgage. We can't thank Alex and everyone at Ross Mortgage enough for making our home-buying experience so smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Their communication, responsiveness, and willingness to help every step of the way made a huge difference. We truly couldn't have asked for a better mortgage company to have in our corner. Thank you, Alex and Ross Mortgage, for everything!
