I have had both personal and business accounts with them, and have refinanced with them. In the past week, PNC has done the following to me: 1. Reported negative information to the credit bureaus on a loan I had already paid off following a refinance they solicited; 2. Botched my Paycheck Protection Program by failing to provide my application to the SBA before funds were exhausted, and after creating a bug-riddled interface and application process that took me nearly five hours to complete; and 3. Without prior notice of any kind, closed my personal line of credit. I think my review is fairly self-evident.

All I wanted to do was deposit a cashiers check into my checking account. This branch must have a death wish...they should close and get it over with.

The condescending message before hanging up is rude. The horrible entrance doesn't make me want to visit the branch and wait in long lines either. Even something as simple as opening an account means waiting in line, only to be told I needed to make an appointment and come back later. No wonder online banks are doing so well - better online presence and no frustration of trying to deal with people in what's supposed to be a customer service industry.
