The customer rep. told me they only only a one time per year refund of the late charge and interest they billed me for. They blamed the post office who remarkably delivered one payment in 4 days yet the other took 11 days, and amazingly 1 day after it was due. I tried to call customer service (from middle east) and could not get anywhere with an explanation. So I called a local PNC Bank who tried to get a refund to me but corporate wouldnt allow it. Lol. Are they overseas too?I I am so glad that after 35 years of banking with PNC , they can make a 100 dollar late and interest fee more important than keeping my 4 credit cards and checking and saving accounts!!! They waited until a 5 person line out the door formed to even acknowledge the lobby full of customers. I came to switch my checking and savings to them. The employee asked me to have a seat, said she had an appointment but the other man could help me shortly. (after she had already helped the people behind me in line). after joining them in the waiting area They told the employee I can go first because I was next in line. She then said she could actually help them, because the other guy might be awhile... I barely felt treated like a human, let alone a customer. I had no problem letting them know as I walked out the door that I wouldn't be back. This was confirmed when another customer walked out after me and said she banks at two places and highly recommends the other over chase.
